This summer, I had storm damage and had quite a few contractors at my home who, long-story-short, turned out to be a disappointment. When my A/C stopped blowing cold air, I dreaded calling a service technician. Columbus Worthington Air was the only company I called that didn't push a maintenance plan "sell" before even seeing what the problem was, so I hired them. Kenny W took the time to show me what he could fix and where damage had been done. I have an almost 30-year-old system and decided it was time for a new one. Kenny didn't not push me either way - he was informative and friendly. Drew came out to review my options - he, too, was informative and friendly (not pushy); I liked what he was telling me about this company. After researching other options, I chose this company to replace both my AC and furnace system at what I think is the fairest price/warranty/financing/product I could find. Jeff B and Todd R were able to install next day. Not only did they take care with my two dogs, but they also were sensitive to the fact I have a six-day-old newborn in the house - who, by the way, slept through most of the install. Jeff and Todd, too, were informative and friendly. They took care to replace things I didn't know I needed, such as a dehumidifier hose. My new system is simple and easy to use. They took the time to show me how to maintain my system (easy); I feel secure knowing I can call their 24-hour line any time. After difficult dealings with other contractors this summer, I am inspired to let whoever reads this know that Columbus Worthington Air is by far the best choice for your needs. Jeff B. and Todd R. did an excellent job installing my new furnace and a/c units. They were very thorough, seemed knowledgeable of both units, respectful of my home and furnishings, patient in answering all questions and explaining both systems well, pleasant and friendly, and cleaned up after they were finished with the installation. Kurt M. really surprised me. I needed service due to the heat for my AC and used the online scheduling. He called not a second after I entered my request and was able to evaluate my issue only hours later. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He explained everything in layman terms and I felt that he addressed all issues. He made me feel comfortable to sign up for a service plan because I felt I could trust the services. Columbus Worthington Air, Mr. Kenny Ward was so pleasant and professional. He first introduced himself and then he ask me about my AC issue. Kenny then inspected my systems inside and outside. He diagnosed my problem immediately and then explained in detail what my issue was. The repair didn't take long at all and I was not expecting that. He even went as far as to spray the unit off. Kenny also explained the advantage plan I had purchased and told me the difference in cost with me purchasing that plan. I was so pleased and impressed with his service and was glad I had called Columbus Worthington Air. I will be calling Columbus Wothington Air for all my future AC and Furnace needs. Steve P just completed my AC maintenance and as usual, Columbus Worthington Air is prompt, professional & thorough. Steve explained that a capacitor was not functioning and replaced. Chris and his co-worker Jeff, did a fantastic job. They were very professional and walked us through the whole process and explained everything they did, from installing a new furnace and air conditioner and including a new digital thermostat.
