Any time I have had a service call with Columbus Worthington Air, the folks have been wonderful, prompt and very knowledgeable. Delaine politely insisted on wearing his shoe covers, even tho I said he didn't have to. When the outside reading seemed strange to him, he found the problem quickly....several of our vents were closed!! (Oops!) Talking to him at the end of his visit, I learned that I was his last call on a beautiful day, yet I don't feel as tho he rushed thru. Quality companies attract quality employees! Delaine of Columbus Worthington Air was here yesterday for a maintenance check on the air conditioning system. He spent about an hour going over the equipment and answering questions. Delaine came to service my AC unit, (normal maintenance) and discovered the wall thermostat was malfunctioning. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting and very good at keeping me updated on the status throughout the service call. When it was finally determined I needed a new wall thermostat, Delaine walked me throughout several options, asked me what functionality I was interested in and helped identify the right unit to fit my needs, (it was a mid-priced unit and he was very clear NOT to oversell or try to convince me I needed a more expensive model. Once installed, he stayed to help get it set up and programmed appropriately. Kurt Mori was very knowledgeable and pointed out errors made by the former company that installed and has been servicing my furnace and air conditioning for the past several years. he was able to get my air conditioning to work a little more efficiently at no extra charge and pointed out repairs that I can have done when I can afford to. Again (2nd visit with Kenny), Kenny was on time and had called to inform me he would be here on time and I still find that very important from all of the Worthington Air Service Technicians. Kenny was courteous and expedient to perform the service check and provide timely and appropriate remarks to enhance the output for the unit. The service specialists Nathan Parker performed annual maintenance work on our air-conditioner and all related equipment, replaced filters for the furnace and humidifier, and installed a 521 Hard Start Kit to reduce the amp load on the AC compressor when it starts. This last item was particularly important in extending the life of the AC and saving energy.
Nathan Parker came out on time, knew exactly what to do, did a very complete and professional job, and answered all of my technical questions about the 521 Hard Start Kit. He made detailed (electrical and mechanical) measurements, and provided a very clear and concise description of what was going on. After installing the 521 Hard Start Kit, he rechecked these measurements and it was clear that significant improvements had been made. I really appreciated this attention to detail and all the information he had. This company knows that such details are important. Everyone we dealt with at Columbus Worthington Air was first rate. I have been with Columbus Worthington for almost nine years. They perform preventive maintenance on my Bryant heat pump and furnace twice a year, and on my Generac generator once a year. Could not be happier. On this visit, Ken informed me that I should consider using the furnace instead of the heat pump to heat above 45 degrees since gas is so much cheaper than electricity now. He inspected and tuned both our heating and air conditioning systems and gave us detailed feedback. He even gave us a heads-up that our 10-year-old furnace is going out of warranty soon. Columbus Worthington Air has been great. Our furnace went out on Sunday, by Tuesday we had a full replacement up and going.
Kurt H. came out right on time and walked us through all of our options for a new unit. He answered all of questions and was veyr personable without being pushy about anything. He helped us figure out finance and made the process was simple.
Steve, the technician that came out on Sunday, was also very polite and helpful.

We have used Columbus/Worthington Air for the last 10-12 years. We're always very happy with their service! Ryan came out to service both of our AC units. Ryan was able to find where the AC was leaking, got the part order and scheduled the repair. We've used CWA for the past 5 or so years, and have always been happy with the level of service we have received. Kenny just completed our spring checkup, and was very friendly and professional.
