Ian was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and was not annoyed at my asking them. He also physically showed me the damaged part on my furnace that was only visible after dismantling the burners. He also did a nice job cleaning the air purification system and showed me how to do it in the future. I appreciated his expertise and his willingness to share information with me. It was the first time we had used this company and this visit was not only the most thorough check we have ever received but also the most educational. Our technician, Kenny Ward, went above and beyond in servicing our furnace. This call was originally for our furnace tune up, which was done, but I asked him about our humidifier that we had not used since moving in a 1 years ago. From start to stop the whole experience with the Worthington Air team was first rate. From the quick response service appointment, the installment scheduler who explained my options and their HVAC systems. To the installers, with a very quick installment date. Julian was neat, clean, and thorough. He spent a significant amount of time thoroughly investigating the inside of our heating system, then explained our system in the new house and the problems he found. He worked with us for a significant time afterwards to help us talk to the home warranty company knowledgeably in order to get someone out quickly. He set us up for the next day with the sales associate we used in the past at our previous home so we could discuss purchasing a new unit if necessary. On time serviceman was very quick to say need to replace furnace, quoted several hundred $ higher than other companies to fix the problem, had little confidence in his own ability to diagnose and be certian of his decision.

I won't ever consider using another company for my HVAC needs. I chose Columbus Worthington Air to install a new furnace and air conditioner not because they were the lowest price but because they were the most knowledgeable and friendly. Todd the technician who came out to service my old furnace, pointed out valid reasons as to why I needed to replace my 21 year old system. He spent a lot of time going explaining things to me. John the salesman was great. He was previously a technician and gave me his honest opinion when helping guide me through the selection process. Josh, Jeff and the rest of the installation team were FANTASTIC! Very professional yet fun and considerate. They were in my home for over seven hours yet they made sure I felt comfortable with my new system before they left. We called Columbus Worthington Air that day and was able to have a technician come to the house the same day. I know that may not always be possible, perhaps we were just lucky, but none the less. Kenny W. was amazing. He was extremely polite and hard working. I could tell he knew his job really well because I was curious as to what happened and he had all the answers. My heater was buzzing/rattling and Kenny knew exactly what the problem was. Kenny W. was kind and courteous to my kids at the house too. If ever something should happen to my heater in the future, I hope that Kenny W. is the man to help out. But since he fixed the problem, we probably won't see him for a long time. Rob from Columbus Worthington Air was the technician on call when I had issues with my furnace not working. He came out late on a very inclement evening and diagnosed the problem. The fix required a part that had to be ordered from the manufacturer. He was able to get the furnace working long enough for the part to come in. Rob E. was my service technician and I was really impressed by his professionalism as well as the company itself who took into account the I have jetlag from a recent overseas trip and really respected my time. Rob was able to figure out the problem with my furnace and gave me options as far as long term and short term solutions. Shelby seemed to be really knowledgeable about HVAC. Sometimes you wonder with some companies, but it didn't take long to see he knew what he was talking about. Time will tell, but it seems his adjustments to our relatively new furnace may increase efficiency enough to actually show up on the heating bill. I really think it may. This first time appointment with Columbus Worthington Air looks like the beginning of a continued relationship with our home and our rental property.
