We had problems with noise in the AC/Furnace system we purchased several years ago from Columbus Worthington. Matt H came out and fixed it and got us on the service plan so that we did not have to pay quite as much as for a routine service call. Rob E did a great job of reviewing the performance of our furnace and getting it ready for the winter season. his preventative maintenance inspection probably prevent us from going without heat due to a igniter that was nearing its useful life.
Columbus Worthington Air has always done a credible job and their tech's are well trained honest and trustworthy.

Rob E. showed up at my home this morning. From his call, telling me that he was on his way, and to his arrival, and his time here, he was polite, professional and very thorough. He took time to carefully clean my furnace and carefully check all of the components. He explained everything to me and answered a lot of other questions that I had about my system. He replaced a component that was not meeting specifications. I feel very good about the condition of my furnace now. Rob also gave me a very honest estimate of what it would cost to install a humidifier and explained the intricacies of my particular situation and what would be required and how it works. I had an A #1 experience with Columbus Worthington Air in 12/15. My furnace went out on a Saturday. I called the top two heating/cooling businesses as listed on Angie's List. Columbus Worthington took car of me immediately with a representative coming out on Saturday--at NO expense--to evaluate my problems and eventual needs, which were a new HVAC system. Chris and Nate were the technicians who arrived first thing Monday morning. They were both very personable, knowledgeable and got the entire job done to perfection in one day. I discovered a drip in my furnace that got heavier over the next few days. I called Worthington Air and they quickly called back to set an appointment. Ian H****** came well within the window he was supposed to. We've worked with Ian before and appreciated how friendly and professional he is. This time he located the problem immediately, took care of it within minutes, had me sign his sheet and headed out without the whole thing costing me a cent.
