I can't remember a time that I have been so happy paying $400+ on an unplanned purchase (in this case, our furnace dying on a winter night). When I woke up and it was 60 degrees in my house, I was so upset. I just wanted a wizard to show up and fix the thing. Kenny was that wizard. He fixed the furnace and showed me how he diagnosed the problem, walking me through each step. It was a relief to be working with an expert. Worthington Air was recommended to me by my realtor friend, Craig Mosier. I'm happy to say that Craig has great taste.

The technician called to tell me he would be there in about half an hour. He showed up on time and went right to work. I stayed with him while he worked because CWA's technicians often have given valuable advice on my heating and cooling equipment. Kelvin was very pleasant, and we talked while he worked. He said that although he had been with CWA only a few months, he had 10 years experience in heating and cooling work. Kelvin certainly is the right given name for someone in the heating and cooling business.

Andrew M. was my service technician. He was excellent -- didn't cut any corners, answered my questions while he worked, corrected several problems with my HVAC equipment and made sure everything was was "right" before he considered the job finished. I so much appreciate the extra effort he went to while inspecting my furnace. He detected a faulty rubber boot installation which permitted drainage water to collect inside the furnace and cause rust. My furnace is only one year old and already rusted inside due to incorrect installation of a connector. What if Andrew hadn't been so thorough? Identifying the cause of the water inside the furnace was not easy, and replacing the incorrectly installed original part was not easy, but Andrew stuck to it until he got it done properly. Thank you Andrew M.! I hope I get you for my next service call!

Called CWA today (sunday) at 9:20 am to place a service call for my furnace that was not working since last night. Kevin Jr arrived before 10 am, he was very professional, nice and friendly. He was also very clean (covered his shoes all the time while inside the house).. arrived in a company truck, uniform and proper ID (very professional).. whitin 10 minutes figured out what was wrong with the furnace and gave me a quote for the service. He fixed the furnace. I'm very happy with the service I received today! He did not only fixed it but checked the whole furnace and gave me advise on proper maintenance. Great experience!

Jeff and Jason installed my furnace, A/C and added ductwork. A lot of work was done in a crawl space. They removed old furnaces from basement and attic. They had great attitudes and work ethics. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and made sure I understood my thermostat. Jeff walked me though the house to tell me what had been done for each room. I'm well satisfied.

Jason and Jeff installed my furnace and duct work and removed the old furnace and A/C units. They had to be in a crawl space and the attic -- a lot of work. They had great attitudes, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed at different stages of the installation. They walked me through to tell me what they had done for each room and made sure I understood how to use my thermostat. I love having uniform heating -- not warm in one area, cold in another. I had a new furnace and air conditioning unit put in yesterday. What a fog rest company Worthington Air is! The entire staff that helped me were fantastic! Knowledgable, friendly and so helpful. They all made a terrible problem, into a pleasant experience. They took care of it so professionally and quickly. I can't say enough about the two men that put everything in, Jeff and Jason . They were so friendly, on time, worked the whole time they were here. Cleaned up and explained everything that I needed to do with the units. Call them if you need heating and air! I am sure you will be pleased

Kenny Ward has service my furnance for the past two years. He is very friendly and courteous. I trkust his assessments and recommendations. He is a hard worker. I recommend Columbus Worthington Air to my friends and family. Three years ago my husband was very ill with cancer and at home under Hospice care. It was a Sunday and our air conditioning went out and the temps in the house rose to almost 100 degrees. My husband could barely breath, I called Worthington Air and a service technician came immediately to fix the air. I will always appreciate what the company did for my husband did that day.

Rob E. came out on a frosty winter night to fix our furnace in a rapidly cooling house. Before he stopped out, he walked me through some quick fix attempts to see if the service call was unnecessary! To no avail, our furnace needed work. Quick, courteous, and clean. Our house is now toasty warm and the kids have stopped whining about having to wear sweatshirts. Fantastic service. I plan to schedule them regularly for maintenance service, too. They've earned my trust and gratitude. Can't ask for more than that. Now for a martini.

I knew my furnace was going to be ok the second Kenny W*** walked into my house. He was confident and immediately put me at ease. The problem was a broken component, which I thought would take a long time to fix, but Kenny explained the thing and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. I came home from work on a Friday night and had no heat (very cold night!!). I googled Westerville area heating/cooling and picked this company. I was promptly taken care of and the technician Rob showed up. My furnace is 23 years old-I knew the best thing to do was to replace it, which I ended up doing. Rob was very respectful and professional. Since there was a risk of leaking carbon monoxide, a salesman came to my house the same night (Brian). He was very straightforward, did not try to over sell me or pressure me in a purchase. He applied a discount for my having the service call. Installation was set for the next day, between 11-5. There as a problem with that time frame, the earlier job had been a problem so they got to my house late and were here until midnight (which I agreed to that). Because of the delay Brian adjusted my sale price again, very willingly. My installers were: Jeff B., Jeff C., Joh C., Jason A. ALL of these men were professional, courteous, respectful and did a wonderful job. I actually enjoyed them. When they were finished the area was clean and tidy. Jeff B walked me through the functions of the furnace and thermostat. He was well educated and did a great job. I had a costly situation that was made as comfortable and affordable as possible. I would VERY MUCH recommend this company. I will definitely use them in the future.

My experience with Columbus Worthington Air has been very mixed. I originally had a salesman come out and was told I needed a new furnace. He inspected my home and sold me a furnace that was supposed to heat my house in a more efficient manner. I was told the furnace would save me money and improve my heat circulation. I paid almost $6,000 for the new furnace. The original two gentlemen (that is putting is nicely) who installed the furnace were so incompetent and used such vulgar language. I have never heard such vulgarity of this magnitude. When they were finished the new furnace looked as though it had been in the house for 30 years. It was so poorly installed I was horrified. Worthington sent out a new gentleman and he could not do anything about the poor quality. I called a third time and they sent out a gentleman by the name of Jeff and he was such a professional. He worked diligently to improve the appearance and function of the "new" furnace. He even had Jason come out with new sections to replace the original new sections that were originally installed. Jason apologized for the poor workmanship of the original installers. The heat disbursement has improved slightly but now I have a knocking sound (sounds like a flap is moving back and forth). This entire experience has been a nightmare and in all honesty, I cannot recommend this company. My salesman was supposed to follow up and bring me copies of all the "discounts" I was to receive and he never bothered to show up or follow-up. This was the most unprofessional team I have ever had in my home. However, I do want to stress that Jeff did the very best he could with a horrible situation. I am considering having an attorney step in and another company come and give me their opinion on the furnace and installation.

In this day and age, where people often change for no real reason, this loyalty should be viewed as a real testament to how important quality service is to business success.

I had the annual furnace check today, by Andrew M. He was an outstanding representative for Columbus Worthington Air. He was friendly and polite, efficient, and thorough. He showed me how to change the filters on my furnace and humidifier. He altered the filter access point to make it easier for me to change the filters for the humidifier. He discovered the faulty installation of a rubber boot inside the furnace, which was causing a water leak, resulting in rust inside the furnace. I've only had the furnace for one year! Andrew replaced the rubber boot and made sure everything was correct. I am so thankful for a technician who strives to make sure everything is done to the highest standards, and who doesn't cut corners to finish the job quickly. Thank you, Andrew M. for servicing my furnace today. I appreciate all the work you did and that you actually care about the work you do.
