Probably the best experience I've ever had with an HVAC company. Incredibly quick service and with 90 degree temps and lots calls, they still worked us in. And the tech, Rob E., was great! Knowledgable and courteous. We couldn't be more pleased.

Jeff B and Matt S. recently installed our new furnace and A/C unit. They did an excellent job and were very consciences in doing so. They were professional, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had with upmost confidence. I was amazed at their efficiency as they got the job done ahead of schedule. With a afternoon forecast of 90 degrees I was grateful. They both appeared to really enjoy their job which makes them a great team. They represent Columbus Worthington Air company very well and were and intricate part of making our experience a great one.

June 2, 2016 - Rob E came out and serviced our AC unit and replaced the capacitor and conductor. Very professional, on-time and did a great job.
May 5, 2016 Antonio came out for our annual AC check up and was very courteous, personable and took the time to talk through everything he was doing. I chose CWA after reading all of the great reviews. Originally, Ryan came out to do a service check on our a/c. I had a question about our furnace and he did not hesitate to look at it even though he was there for the a/c. Anyway, our a/c probably would've lasted us another year, but I decided to go ahead and look into a new system, so Ryan sent Kurt out about an hour later. Kurt reviewed our options and I decided to replace both the a/c and furnace since both were 19 years old. Who knows how much longer they would've lasted, but I feel confident in the decision to get new at this time. Brian S and Nate J came to install everything. They knew exactly what they were doing, and did a great job removing the old units and hooking up the new. They were very efficient, left everything very neat and clean and answered my questions. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Columbus Worthington Air. Their bid was very reasonable and the installation was completed in about 6 hours. Our technicians were Brian and Nate and they did an excellent job explaining the details and showing us how the system works. I am very happy to report an ongoing relationship with Columbus Worthington Air. Over the past ten years I have received excellent, honest, trustworthy service from CWA. This week my semi-annual summer check up was done by Ian H. He was on time, professional, clean booties and went the extra mile. He noticed the A/C vents were full of grass and took the complete unit apart and cleaned it using my hose. He restored the unit to like new condition and I appreciate the concern. I had a new AC installed and the crew was on time, courteous and reviewed the work before and after everything was completed. A few notes: - I had a new furnace installed 2 years prior from a competitor and it was a "Hack" job. Worthington Air came in and installed a new coil. and corrected the prior work as much as possible. - They left me a furnace filter (heck - the vendor that installed my furnace didn't even do that) - they left me 2 Carbon Monoxide detectors Great Service - Highly Recommend. The two installer's, Jeff B. and Matt S. were awesome as well. Jeff walked me through step by step of the installation process and Matt explained how to operate my new thermostat. Throughout the whole install both were very respectful and cleaned behind themselves and all three young men definitely represented CWA well. They always deliver professional service with an eye for detail and are genuinely concerned about ensuring we have the best comfort our current HVAC system can provide. When they do recommend new purchases (services or parts), it's always done matter of fact, and we're educated on how or why they are necessary. This visit, Rob E was great - not only taking care and time to really figure out a pesky problem, but also in explaining everything he was looking at to us and walking us through what was going on with our system. Plus, he was super good with our puppy, Maiden! Highly recommend CWA and enjoy working with them!

We've been a customer for almost 20 years, a few months ago we awoke to "a burning smell" so we immediately called Columbus Worthington Air and Jamie Thompson was dispatched. He checked the furnace and came upstairs and said the furnace was OK, he checked the crawl space and then went outside to continue his search for our problem. There he was laying flat in the snow looking under our deck! Problem solved...Jamie found the source of the problem, apparently a skunk had a territory fight with another animal under our deck!
