Jeff B. and Matt S. arrived at the scheduled time and began the process of removing our museum piece electric furnace and replacing it with an energy efficient gas unit, and a new air conditioner. Due to the gas conversion many steps had to be taken to prepare for the eventual gas line connection. Decisions needed to be made concerning placement of several new assorted lines. Jeff was very thorough in explaining to me what needed to happen and gave me complete information to make decisions.
So began an eight hour day with many trips up and down steps, tearing apart the old, assembling and installing the new, and explaining the working of the finished products to me.
Jeff and Matt were friendly, professional, courteous, and very thorough. They cleaned all of the debris away, swept the floor, and generally left no evidence of their day but a shiny new furnace and an air conditioner that I could barely hear! Brian S. and Tyler W. gave me all the confidence in the world with my new AC and furnace that they installed today. Brian S. is extremely knowledgeable and has a common sense approach to solving problems. When I asked questions, he responded with helpful information and explained to me what he would do to make the system the best. Jeff B and Matt S installed a mini heat pump system at my home yesterday. They were extremely courteous and informative. The workmanship was excellent and they restored our home to a clean condition. Rob E. serviced our system on June 30, 2016. He called ahead notifying us he was on his way. He arrived about 9:30 AM, identified himself, and went about his business. We recently had service done on our air conditioner and the technician, Rob E, was courteous and friendly. He explained the problem thoroughly and did a great job. We also had service done on our furnace earlier this year and Jamie C. was also very helpful and knowledgable. He systematically figured out the issue and was very professional. I had the pleasure of working with Kurt Holland (Comfort Advisor) and he was very professional, knowledgable, and took the time to explain why the Rheem furnace was the best option for my home. The two installer's, Jeff B. and Matt S. were awesome as well. Jeff walked me through step by step of the installation process and Matt explained how to operate my new thermostat. Throughout the whole install both were very respectful and cleaned behind themselves and all three young men definitely represented CWA well. I'm glad that I made the decision to hire CWA and I would have no problem recommending CWA to my family and friends!

The best, most conscientious, hard-working, polite group of guys ever! We bought an older home and are so thankful to everyone at Columbus Worthington Air for helping us tweak and revamp our system. Justin, you are an exemplary leader. We appreciate all you have done for us. You have been extremely helpful, as have Ba (and his team), Kurt, Nathan, and Todd. Todd, thank you for being the holiday/weekend go-to guy. No matter the time of day or night, how hot or cold, or number of hours you've put in, you show up with a smile and work until the problem is solved. Your demeanor is everything. We've been a customer for almost 20 years, a few months ago we awoke to "a burning smell" so we immediately called Columbus Worthington Air and Jamie Thompson was dispatched. He checked the furnace and came upstairs and said the furnace was OK, he checked the crawl space and then went outside to continue his search for our problem. There he was laying flat in the snow looking under our deck! Problem solved...Jamie found the source of the problem, apparently a skunk had a territory fight with another animal under our deck! Now, that's what I call going above and beyond the call of duty. What a great guy!!!

Kelvin W. from Columbus worthington air just left my house after repairing my air conditioner. He was extremely professional, courteous and kept me informed of everything he was doing.
They were running a little bit behind my scheduled time, but again, they kept me informed about when they would be here.
I would strongly recommend them! They were recommended by Home Depot.

Not going to write a book but we had a horrible home warranty experience that led to me calling around all over the city trying to get our furnace replaced (heat had been out a week already from warranty company debacle). We just had a complete system replacement (high efficiency furnace and AC) performed by Columbus Worthington Air. Our techs were Jeff C., Ba P. and Kevin H., all of whom were extremely professional and courteous.
