Herb is exceptional in this field. He explained everything to me so I could take care of the maintenance for our new air conditioners. Had John mccoll come out to fix our fan that wasn’t working with the switch, and to fix a different switch to work with an outlet, didn’t even diagnose the fan just looked at it and said it’s a bad relay, there isn’t even a relay in that circuit. The outlet he wired up to work with the switch didn’t work when he said he was finished, had to run out to his truck to stop him from leaving so he could redo it. Didn’t fix the main complaint charged me for diagnostics and didn’t check his work before trying to leave would not recommend.
Told I would receive an email on the estimate to fix the fan, with a bad relay it has been a little over a week later and no estimate, no call back no email. Waist of time and money. John M. 06/13/18 |

I used Buddy at Brothers Plumbing twice in the past month, and he has been an excellent technician for me. He replaced my 40 y/o toilets with new 2018 models, his work was clean and efficient, and he is also a friendly person to chat with. I also used Brothers to replace my water heater and make a complicated sink/p-trap repair, and their prices were fair for the quality received. Javier has been my technician for electrical a couple of times now. He is caring, compassionate and very professional. He really is kind and listens to you to understand what the issues are. He is also very knowledgeable he knows what he is doing and teaches you what to look for in case of problems. He walks you thru the entire process so you know what he is going to do. Daniel listened to what I told him happened with my a/c and immediately went out to the unit and began troubleshooting. I asked him if he had any ideas based on what I had told him and he said yes...sounds like the capacitor went bad. Sure enough after doing some troubleshooting that was exactly what the problem was. Our 12 year old AC unit had a leak in the evaporative coil which showed up on our home care inspection with Brother's. As our previous year's inspection did not yield problems, it was clear we needed to do something with this system. After much debate between repairing the coil and hoping the condenser didn't have a leak vs replacing the entire system, we opted for the later. Chris R. was very patient with the time needed for us to review and even sacrificed a Sunday to replace the system before it got too hot for us. Chris was very thorough in making sure each step of the replacement was given its appropriate attention including the time necessary to test the system. The technicians and professionals at Brother's Plumbing are outstanding. Their diagnostic services are spot-on, their professionalism makes them a pleasure to work with.
