Very positive experience with Brothers Plumbing and Heating. I dealt with Jacob West who provided me with several options to replace my furnace and A/C. Jacob, Daniel and Parker did the install. They were very professional, did excellent work, and kept their work area clean. Their pricing was very competitive and was inclusive of everything needed for the install. I recently had an issue with a different plumber reinstalling my kitchen disposal incorrectly - so it was leaking. I called Brothers Plumbing because of the guarantees.
Johnny Manry came out. He was very personable, respectful and knowledgeable. He listened intently to me and inspected the area I told him the leak appeared to be coming from. He knew exactly how to resolve the issue. He thoroughly checked his work to make sure nothing was leaking. He ran both hot and cold water for a while to test for any leaks or issues and had me look to be sure there were no drips - something the first plumber didn't do. He helped me understand what the other plumber should have done and what didn't get done right.
If I need a plumber again, I'm definitely asking for Johnny. He is very straight forward, honest, explained everything, and gave me options. That's a quality that's hard to find anymore.
This was my first experience with Brothers and based on this, I can say I'll definitely use them again for plumbing and will try their heating and electric areas as well. There was a miscommunication at the office that I wanted a backflow device when I needed a sewer line check valve. The guys showed up on-time and were very very professional in explaining to me what happened. They didn't diss the office staff or anyone else they simply smiled and said they felt bad about the error and they would do everything in there power to get the right person to the location. I had Brothers come to review issues on sprinkler system. Have used them before for heating, electrical and plumbing with success. Did not know they did Sprinklers or would have called sooner. My Technician (Aaron *********) arrived promptly. I can't say enough about how refreshing, presentable and professional he was to work with and knew his trade and product thoroughly. This young man was by far the most impressive and skilled technician I have worked with in year's. He presented my options as well as convinced me to give Brother's all of my business with a good sales presentation on their cost savings with their home care club program. I've had consistently great service with Brothers over the years. When I began having AC problems, it was no exception. Mark spent some time diagnosing the problem and gave an indication of the cost. Without pressure, he helped me do an analysis of the benefits of making the repair and extending the life of the system, or replacing. Ended up replacing, since the house is approaching 20 years old. He put together several bids, all of which were toward the low-end of the range that research had led me to expect.
I could probably find cheaper than Brothers if I really shopped around, but I doubt I could find a better value. Mark W. 08/15/18 |

Jeff did an amazing job installing my new hot water heater. There was not a whole lot of room for him to work but that didn’t stop him. It works great and his cleanup was excellent.
