The Brother's service person who did our AC installation was David *****. David did excellent work, was friendly and professional, and took time to answer any questions we had about the installation. Brother's Plumbing and Heating has always been great at customer service which is a bit rare these dayss. From the initial phone call requesting a service to the end of the techs on site work: only good things to say. Very professional, take that extra moment and extra step to make you feel important and calued as a customer. In a day when many businesses don't really care about each individual custome-you are just a dollar - I get a whole different feeling when dealing with Brother's. They make you feel like you matter to their business. Ofter when I have had an appointment, if they get ahead of schedule, the office will call and ask if it would work for me if the tech is able to come a day early or a couple hours early. If it works, it does, if it isn't going to work me they they are fine-no attitude. they really care about their customers and I highly recommend them to everyone I speak with. Herb B. 05/25/18 |

The technician did a fine job, and set up our new a/c unit.
The issue was, in general, with the company itself. They cancelled 2 appointments, and on the 3rd attempt to come out, they simply could not locate their own technician. They told me they could not contact him via phone, and didn't know when, or if they could get him to come out. I would get a call on the day of the appointment, telling me they had an opening earlier in the day, and did I want the tech to come right away. I would then call, and was told that the tech was running late, and we would have to re-schedule. At this point I was quite frustrated. I don,t think I have been treated with as much respect as when Jacob West came over to my home to check our water heater as it would not work. First of all he came in and introduced himself, Had a name tag on, and very precise about getting started and getting us hot water. He thoroughly checked out our old water heater and explained what had to be done,.There were parts that had to be replaced. He first told me what was wrong, then showed me.I was glad we had a person like Jake. He told me the price to repair the old one, which I kind of knew, It could be price'y just by its age. But the biggest reason he showed me where this old water had been leaking Carbon Monoxide for quite some time we had Jacob Put in new water and maybe saving our lives. So in my view what is your life worth? a new water heater or maybe 10 water heaters. So to this I think we made a wise choice by choosing Brothers Plumbing and especially Getting Jacob to repair the heater problem! Thanks to Jacob and the company you work for.J Diers. Jacob **** came out to our house to examine work that previously had been completed by Brothers. The work involved the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. Regrettably, this initial work did not meet standards to ensure that the units would function properly and last. After assessing the problems and listening to me in earnest, Jacob took control of the situation and commenced with a plan to fix all that was not right. He and another tech worked for a full day and a half to not only fix the problems caused by Brothers, but went above and beyond fixed other issues related to a recent installation of a new water heater. We have been relatively long time customers of Brothers. Again, it was regrettable that the initial installation was done so poorly. However, Brothers, through Jacob, took total responsibility for work and made it right. Brothers should be proud of Jacob and how he dealt with this situation. Joshua showed up right on time and was professional and courteous. Also quite knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to make the repair using spare parts he had in his truck.
