I paid for a heating system upgrade and it has not worked since the day it was installed. After many tries it still does not work. I was assured that Brothers was the expert on this system and they have no been able to make it work. I paid a lot of money for a system that is not working. 03/22/18 |

Buddy H was great! I've used many plumbing companies over the years but this was my first time using Brothers. I heard they had a reputation for high costs but I didn't find them unreasonable for the work I had done, and I found a reputable company in the process. One thing I liked was that he had all the tools with him to do the job. Other companies I've used diagnose the problem and then spend an hour or so going to Home Depot or wherever to get the appropriate supplies to complete the job. I will be a repeat customer. Joe ****** with Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric did an outstanding job repairing a number of plumbing problems at my home. Joe was knowledgeable, informative and a delight to work with. I needed help unclogging a main waste water disposal line which caused a backup in a kitchen sink and washing machine drain line. Joe diagnosed the dysfunction quickly and completed needed repairs efficiently and effectively. He also identified a couple of other issues that required remediation. The work was more complicated than I originally thought - and I am pleased with the outcome. The charge for the repairs were reasonable and represented good value. I have used Brothers Plumbing for over 6 years. They are reliable, fast and friendly. They are not the least expensive out there - but I feel I am getting value for my money. Their recent visit to clean and scope my drains before I sell my home made me appreciate the technician Robert's work. Everyone was very professional. After looking at the valve that was leaking I was told by technician that it would cost almost $600.00 to fix. I paid the $45.00 for the service call & scheduled another plumber to look at it for me. The valve only needed to be tightened with a crescent wrench. Yesterday Zolie arrived because the pilot light was out on our water heater. He was able to get it relit, but told us that the water heater was 15 yrs old, and since we had installed a water softener 18 months ago, it was likely that the water heater was on borrowed time. We opted to have him install a new water heater. WIthin four hours we had a new water heater installed. Zolie was efficient and pleasant to work with. This is the second time I’ve used Brothers in a week for changes and repairs on a newly purchased home. I wish customer service like this existed everywhere, because no one does it better than Brothers. My technician Buddy was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient with the water heater repair we needed. I assumed it would take him much longer to do what he did, but he made quick work of the issue. I will only use Brothers in the future for all my plumbing needs, you really cannot go wrong!
