Bill has been to our home before. He is professional (courteous, etc.), helpful, reliable. He has snaked the drain in both instances. We appreciate that he is thorough and pleasant. He noted an item that could possibly be upgraded in the future. We like having Bill as our technician. I have used Brothers plumbing for several years. I have had good and bad experiences. A technician came out to replace a wax ring on my toilet. Here two years later this same toilet leaked down on the first floor of my home again. Wax rings should last longer than two years, Brothers only had a two year warranty on this type of fix. However, I was about three weeks over the two year mark. This time the technician came out (Jonathan H.) it was noticed that the flange on the toilet needed replacing as well as the wax ring. I believe that the flange was bad the last time Brothers came out, however it was not repaired. The first time it cost me $500 in addition to the hole that had to be replaced in my downstairs ceiling. I talked to the manager Eric who stated that he would give me a discount to fix my problem this time. I was told that normally a pipe repair costs $750. However, I was charged $413 plus having to have my ceiling replaced again. The next day I realized I should have been charged about $250, which would have been the difference in what I was charged two years ago and the current cost since the flange (pipe repair) should have been done at that time and was not. However, I would like to say that Jonathan H. was very helpful in explaining the problem and what needed to be done. He was very courteous and I liked him a lot. I will definitely ask for him the next time I have a plumbing problem. So the four stars are for Jonathan H. It would have been five stars if management would have come up with a better deal. Johnathan H was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He had the problem fixed in record time and I felt comfortable that he offered me all feasible options, not just what was most expensive (although I did choose the most expensive in order to preclude further problems). I have always been very happy with the service I have received from Brothers and Jonathan was equally awesome. I will keep coming back as necessary for my future plumbing needs. Every time I have had Brothers out to fix things, they are courteous, professional, show up on time, and are quite upfront with me if there is going to be a hiccup. I appreciate how fast they show up, how they communicate, and the quality of work they do. However, that quality and responsiveness comes with a pricetag - and it's a high pricetag. The aforementioned $45 show-up fee, plus a standard book of prices that has a lot of margin built-in. I believe it was $350 for a utility hookup that I later got done for $150. $300 for a sewer snake. So, I'd give them a 5/5 if it wasn't for the prices. As I can't say I ever feel good about using them due to this, I have to give them a 3/5. In a pinch, I'll trust them to show up, get it done, and get it done right. I had to have another plumber come the following day because the chain on the flapper in the toilet tank was too short and caused the toilet to continuously run water because the tank couldn't fill up. I had house guests and they used the toilet and thought it was something they did wrong when the water wouldn't stop running in the toilet. Yesterday, Robert Madrid arrived at our home just before the 2:00 p.m. window of our appointment. His friendly and professional demeanor set the tone for a more than satisfactory visit. He took the time to THOROUGHLY explain the pricing of each service we were asking to be done. There was absolutely no surprise about the cost of the service at the end of his work. Robert also answered several questions we had about our sewer connection from the house to the city main. He patiently answered our questions. He respected our home by putting on booties each time he entered the house and his cleanup was impeccable. Robert checked and rechecked to make sure the repairs he made were secure--no water leaks. Your Service people are Excellent. the billing department leaves a little to be desired. I have requested an itemized invoice of the work done last July twice and have never received it. Robert M. did an excellent job on my son's home - replacing a defective septic pump and checking the adjoining pipes, etc. He and his assistant were very professional, prompt, and experts at what they did. If I ever need plumbing work done I will call Brothers and request Robert M. to do the work.

We've had Brother out several times for a variety of services and they've always done a great job! They are courteous, respectful, and friendly. And I appreciate how they cover their shoes - not always necessary, but shows respect for the homes they enter. They are also up front about their costs and fees. They may be higher priced than others, but I appreciate having a place to call that I know will do a good job. And if they make a mistake, they fix it with no hassle.
