Herb B. was the tech that came out to fix my A/C. After diagnosing that the capacitor was bad and replacing it. He walked me through how to make sure the unit was running correctly and there wasn't any other issues. He was very friendly and professional. The unit was repaired in less then an hour. I take care of an elderly friend who was in dire need of a new air conditioner along with major plumbing issues. Troy Mehrer with Brothers Plumbing,Heating and Electric came out. They not only took care of all the problems in a timely manner. With me being out of town they kept me informed and took care of my elderly friend. I can’t thank Troy and everyone at Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric enough for all they did for my elderly friend! Jay came to clear my drain, which seemed ok by the time he arrived. He explained tome that it was possible an air pocket had caused a temporary blockage. I opted to forego the snaking of the drain at this time. He also tried to repair a 30+ year old leaking tub valve which would not come apart. Joshua has helped me twice, 2 different issues this year with my sprinkler system. Both times he has been very efficient, very friendly, quick and has gone above and beyond what was expected. He's knowledgeable and works hard to get the job done right. My wife and I enrolled in the home care club that Brothers Plumbing has to offer all because of the service we have received from Brothers and especially Joshua. I bumped into a service tech while pulling in for a burger yesterday. Friendly guy, Joe. I needed to have my AC unit looked at, as it was "sparking." He called dispatch immediately to check on availability. The next morning (today) a technician, Herb, was at the house by 8AM. The problem was fixed before 11AM. After the recent hail storm in Aurora, CO I was devastated to learn of all the damage my home incurred. I contacted Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric to repair my air conditioner. Troy was sent to do the repairs. Although he tried the damage was far to great and my unit was very old, soon to be obsolete. Troy took time to explain my options and put my mind at ease. Mark Waite came to out home to check on a problem with a new AC and furnace. He was very professional yet personable. He kept us informed about what was causing the problem and even though he had to drive elsewhere to get what was needed to fix the problem, he finished the job today. Jeff was prompt and quickly identified the issues with our air conditioner. After discussing the problems he identified, recommended parts and costs, Jeff replaced the parts and tested the air conditioner and everything now works fabulously! Aaron Rodriguez, and Zachary Brown came out to fix a leaking spigot outside, then I asked if they could look at my bathroom faucet, they check them both out, sat down with me and told me my options, they were very courteous, respectful, and awesome, they fixed my problems in no time at all. they did a wonderful job working together, clean up everything after wards. Everything is working wonderful now no more leaks.

I had a leaky water line which I could not stop the water from flowing on to my floor from the ice maker in my refrigerator. I called at 7:00 AM and the plumber, Joshua, came out by 8:30 AM and assessed the situation, immediately got the water to stop flowing, and made recommendations to fix the 20 year old line.
