Daniel T came out to check our AC under our yearly check program and he was very knowledgeable and explained our system and the best course of action. he was even able to come earlier than expected and gave us info on how to use our fan switch at thermostat to help cool better. I recently hired brothers plumbing, heating, and electric to replace my entire electric box. Javier and his helper were dispatched to my home to do the work. I must say that both gentleman we're real professional and curtious most importantly they did the job in a timely manner. Javier was real knowledgeable and after completion of the job he took the time to go over any questions we had and did a great job explaining the warranty program as well. Our office has not had a working a/c for over a week. After trying a few other HVAC companies to no avail, I called Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric. I spoke with Garrett who was very professional and was able to get me next day service. Our technician Ron was here timely, and he was very pleasant and also very professional. He tried his best to get our issue fixed, found it was an electrical issue, and got us set up for service at the earliest availability. I would like to thank Brothers PH&E for the excellent customer service on my recent needed repairs to my evaporative cooler. I was a skeptic customer coming into this repair work, having just dealt with another company and their poor performance. After much research elected to call Brothers and to their credit, ultimately made me feel like I made a great choice. They are not only professional but are true subject matter experts, both technically on the repair but also on how to treat a customer. I would highly recommend them as they have earned the right to have a loyal customer in me. Additionally I would like to thank the technician who did the repairs, Herb. He is very knowledgable and took great care in explaining everything to me as he worked through the process. He is great and in the future I will sure to request he be the tech that comes out! Daniel T. came out to my house to replace the water line on my evaporative cooler. This was the 2nd time in a week that he had to come out for the unit, no fault of his (it is an older unit that hadn't been properly serviced for a few years). While I wish that I didn't have to replace the line and other parts recently from an expense perspective, I feel so much better knowing that everything is up to par and working properly. Daniel is not only personable and pleasant to work with, he is incredibly knowledgeable and taught me all about my unit. He explained exactly what was needed and made sure that I had no unanswered questions. I am a new Home Care Club member, which definitely saved me money here (discount on the parts and no service call $), but more importantly, gives me incredible peace of mind to know that Daniel, Brothers Plumbing Heating and Electric and their team will be my go-to keep my house safe and well maintained. I have lived in my rather unique space for 24 years...and over time I have serviced and even replaced my swamp coolers costing lots$. Jacob West diagnosed my problem, suggested one really good cooler for the entire house and literally saved me $6k. Not only is his knowledge and expertise impressive...his professionalism, courtesy, and delightful old fashioned manners made working with him a joy. I can recommend Jacob, and his company highly.

We called Brothers for an estimate on running a new sprinkler line due to dryness in our grass. Buddy arrived on time and showed his knowledge and experience as he diagnosed the problem. He gave me an estimate on a new line but stayed to look for other ideas to solve the problem. Sure enough he adjusted the pressure on our water line and now everything is working great! Daniel came out to work on my evaporative cooler. He was very thorough in not only checking out the entire system, but also explaining everything to me. I am newly single and he took the time to not only make sure my system was working properly, but also to teach me how to use my system more effectively. Having just purchased our older home, I had about a hundred questions concerning our HVAC systems which were no longer working. Troy was sent out to evaluate the thermostat which was blank on the wall and Honeywell told me could neither be fixed and was no longer manufactured. Troy was great. He arrived early, listened to ALL of my questions, and proceeded to diagnose the system so we could make an informed decision. The problem was not simple, but could be fixed with an expensive comparable thermostat which Troy offered as one solution. He provided other solutions after examining the ancient, no longer manufactured AC which a regular less expensive simple thermostat could not control due to the limit switches on the unit. These units are no longer made due to their penchant for failure. Since I had already talked to Honeywell, I knew that Troy was telling me the straight scoop. He made us comfortable by giving us alternatives for repair and explaining the potential for failure for later. We opted for a brand new unit which will be installed in just a couple of days. We obtained a significant discount on all of this by signing up for the Brothers Home Care Club Contract which paid for itself immediately with such a big purchase. A "no brainer" with this older home. In summary: we are very satisfied with all aspects of Troy's work, knowledge and professionalism, and with Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric.
