Johnny the technician, installed a kitchen faucet. He was professional and couteous. I thought their initial quotes were high so I bought the faucet myself and saved $154 on the job. Scott solved my draining problem in the bathroom lavatory. He also knew how to work on the sink handle so that there is no more water dripping. That saved me money because I didn't need to buy a new handle.

Connor J came to my house to address an overly loud air conditioner. He was able to get the noise level down by adjusting the fan and he got rid of the whistling sound when the fan was on. He was knowledgeable and efficient and thorough. I was very pleased with the result, which went from dreading the air conditioner to come on to not noticing it when it came on. I have been a member of Brothers Plumbing Home Care Club for several years and I heartily endorse the company. Service rep Scott Curtis was AWESOME! He not only fixed our leak and replaced the disposal and our kitchen faucet, he took the time and corrected our hot water pressure issue that we've just learned to deal with for the past 15 years.
From one Scott to another, he was knowledgble, curtious and even wore those annoying to put on booties to protect our floor from all the crab apple petals. Every representative we've had out here make us feel just like family. . Once again good job Brothers! Scott C. 05/04/18 |

Charles was my technician and he went over and above expectations for good service. I was so impressed by his work and attitude I signed up for the loyalty program. Afterwards he even fixed my broken plumbing/ garbage disposal issue, which I had been putting off having looked at. So glad to have found this company.

Gary Hodges and Tyson Duran did a marvelous job doing the yearly sprinkler turn on and check on my very old system. They were professional, fast, courteous and efficient. I find Brothers to be a quality company and this tandem was no exception. They were able to arrange to come earlier than my scheduled appointment, and it's a good thing.Soon after they left the skies, clouded up and we got some heavy rain. They were mindful of the neighborhood, the house, and the yard and were friendly and helpful the whole time, asking the right questions and answering my concerns. Jeff is friendly and knowledgeable. Got to work right away and made recommendations for repairs. He confirmed my suspicion about my A/C needing to be replaced and discussed my financing options clearly. He guessed the cost, but when he did the final estimate it was much lower than he had anticipated which made me extremely happy. Made appt. to have vents replaced. The service techs showed up on time they were polite . it didn’t take long for them to tell me they would not do the job because they could not walk on cedar shake roofs for safety reasons. John McColl came to my home to do the biannual wiring inspection that is part of the Home Care Club benefits. He was quick and wore the plastic boot covers when inside the house. He also changed out the batteries in my smoke detectors and gave me an estimate on a GFI circuit that I will need in the future. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. Jacob is an excellent representation of your company and was great to work with. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I have worked in the customer service industry my entire life and he would be someone I would have training others on how to deliver excellent customer service! We found a major issue with our heater on a Friday afternoon and Jacob and Hose were there the next day at 8am sharp to install a new heater. The process was excellent and I would highly refer Brother and Jacob to anyone needing service.
