Scott has been out to the office before and is professional and through. Unfortunately the last time he came out he was with Joe, who is not a good representative of the overall business. I understand Scott is a newer employee with the company and could easily have his promising qualities destroyed by having to work with someone like Joe. Scott C. the most senior technician at Brothers Plumbing, arrived to assess the situation I have been facing since I had a water heater installed last April 2. After six incidences of the pilot light being extinguished, Scott determined that the wind cap on the roof was inefficient and installed a heavy-duty wind cap. He hopes, as do I, that this will solve the problem. He is very knowledgeable, an excellent diagnostician, and a pleasure to have in my home.
