From Brothers Electrical In Thornton CO. Nick Sam, is a great very professional electrician. Nick and Javier J. came for 2 different elrctrical jobs, big jobs. Nick and Javier very professional, responsible, and with detail concern for the job requested., explaining whats needed to be done. Clarified and explained how the job was to be done, then, when job was completed; again. Great customer service, clean jobs, and a lot of respect for seniors . 5 stars plus job. I tried to post to the BBB site. It showed ONLY the three recent complaints and displayed the whole story of the three angry customers of Brothers. After read their experiences with Brothers, I can really relate to what they are saying. Our technician was as pleasant as could be, but I do feel very ripped off by ‘company policy and practices.’ I won’t be calling Brothers again, but I WILL be telling my friends and neighbors about my experience. We had Joe from Brothers Plumbing today for fixing a blocked drain that was beyond my amateur skills. Five stars for his work - Joe was absolutely professional in what he did and in explaining it to me while I was watching over his shoulder. Was so impressed with Zach from Brothers today how he came for a simple thermostat issue (we thought) i had and it ended up being a more complicated issue then originally thought.
Zach’s perseverance in fixing my furnace and Brothers getting me an appointment/early with the weather changing was immensely appreciated.
I have used Brothers for plumbing needs years ago and was happy then as I am happy now.

Herb did a great job fixing our furnace blower. He quickly troubleshot the circuit board and found where it had been wired incorrectly. Nice guy too. Response time was fast. I called at 10am on a Saturday and he was there by 2pm that same afternoon. Herb B. 10/06/18 |

Ron came out to service my age steam boiler system. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system and was able to give me a high level overview of how it worked, basic maintenance and troubleshooting. Couldn't be happier with his work and knowledge. Called Brothers because like everyone else, wanted the furnace checked and cleaned before the cold weather hits next week. Called on pretty short notice, but they were still able to get me scheduled in just a few days. My technician was Troy. He arrived on time, checked everything, made sure everything was working as it should, cleaned everything up and gave me a lot of good information. Troy did an EXCELLENT job. First time I've ever used Brothers; can say with pretty much certainty I won't be using anyone else. Very impressed with my experience with this company; very professional from beginning to end. I had originally called Brothers to just do a furnace tune up, but it ended up being time to replace both the furnace and water heater (which I had been predicting). The scheduling of the tune up appointment and the replacement appointment were within 24 hours for both cases. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the technicians that came to replace my furnace and water heater. Jacob, Jose, and David were respectful of my home during the whole time they were here. They removed all the old equipment and installed the new equipment efficiently and in a timely manner. Called because hot water heat would not turn on. Herb came out. Went to check boiler and immediately realize the circuit had blown- turned off. Turned it on and everything worked fine. We were initially charged a trip charge - which seemed reasonable- would not expect anyone to drive here, go into the crawl space for free.
