Isaac was on time and did a thorough job of inspecting my furnace. After finding a faulty valve and giving me a price, I told him I was going to get more quotes to repair it because his price seemed high. He politely said that was fine and cleaned up and loaded his van when my husband called back. It seems Brothers prices were in line with 2 other companies my husband called. So Isaac said no problem, he would happily come back inside and repair my gas valve. Isaac NEVER acted irritated with me and I have dealt with a lot of service people in my life. Brothers is always prompt and their technicians are neat, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about their area of expertise. Ron just recently fix our Heater (did some preventative maintenance suggested to prevent murphy's law from happening and having the heater go out on a holiday, weekend, or coldest day of the year! Again we were nothing but totally pleased. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. This summer he came and fixed our AirConditioner and now for HVAC situations we always ask for Ron S! 5 starMike C and Jimmy N were very professional, thorough, fixed the problem, explained some things that possibly prevent a problem in the future which they fixed on the spot with no return visit! And you know the saying "third times a charm!"... Finally my toilets again flush like they should once Mike C and Jimmy N from Brothers worked on them. The technician was polite and informative. However, I am somewhat disappointed in the service compared to the flyer we received. The flyer stated check-up which is a fairly generic term, but for $99.00 I thought there would be more then a temporary filter. The rest of the trip was a sales pitch. 10/10/14 |

Issac came to give our furnace a fall check-up. He was VERY polite, pleasant, knowledgeable, and took extra time while I had to make a related phone call.
He also wore shoe protectors when in the house. He provided information but

Jeff was excellent. He was the only tech that mentioned the maintainance program which I did sign up for. Wish one of the other techs had as I have had major problems. I have recommended Brothers to others and all have told me they are too "spendy". I agree, but they have stood behind their work and have not double charged me when they have had to return.

I always call Brothers Plumbing because I can trust that the technician will be professional and courteous throughout the process. Michael came in on-time, addressed the problem immediately, and give me options and recommendations. While I'll always cringe at the price, I know that the service is guaranteed and will prevent future issues. Everything Brothers Plumbing has touched hasn't had any additional issues, but sadly, the house always finds a new place to breakdown. I'll be seeing you again! Michael C. 09/26/14 |

Got here when they said they would. Serviced our furnace and said they would see us in the spring for the air conditioner. We have been using Brother's for at least 6 or so years and have no plans to use anyone else. Super job as always.

We called Brother's Plumbing around 8:00 on a Friday morning, they were at our house by 10:30. The plumber, Michael was very knowledgeable & efficient. He corrected the problem & cleaned up the area. His attitude was very professional & courteous. This young man is the very type of employee any company should be grateful to have. We were impressed with the friendly dispatchers, Tiffany and Allison. We had a plumbing emergency and had initially called another plumber. They had to cancel due to a family emergency and we were really stuck. The dispatchers arranged an appointment for that very day. Joe showed up right on time which was the early side of the window they had given me. Joe was friendly, efficient, and very thorough. He unclogged our drain, replaced the pipe, and checked to make sure we didn't have additional leaks in the basement. I would recommend Brothers to anyone. Thanks for the excellent service. We were so impressed by the team effort and follow through from digging, installing sewer pipe and landscape follow up to be sure everything was in place that I did not hesitate to call when we needed lead and galvanized pipes replaced in our house built in 1952. Joe R came and provided the same stellar service we appreciate about Brothers. Joe R was pleasant, walked me thru the replacement of pipes and worked nonstop to finish the job. We had a very positive experience with Brothers. We called to have a dedicated circuit added for our new microwave. It was not a simple job, as we have an old house, and a lot of different folks have messed with the wiring over the years. The front lines folks at Brothers are professional and great at setting up and communicating accurate appointment times. Rick and Jacob, the electricians were prompt, fair and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and took care of us by upgrading materials used, providing us with a $30 coupon and even installed an extra circuit at no charge. The personnel were courteous and responsive. The cost of the work was estimated to be more than four times that of an independent plumber and that is just too outrageous. Since we were not provided a detail of the estimate, we have no idea how the cost breaks down. Will not be using Brothers with such a high pricing scheme. 08/23/14 |

Our hot water heater stopped working earlier this week. We called a general appliance company to take a look. Their diagnosis didn't seem to make sense and told us we needed a $1,000 part. We would have done this, but this other company wasn't getting back to us with the part that was needed. Three days w/o hot water and not sensing any urgency on their part, we called Brothers for a second opinion.
Joe, was out within a few hours. The problem? A little ball that my son shoved up in our outside vent. I had a couple of other questions that Joe did not need to answer for me, but took the time to do. He was great to work with and I appreciate his knowledge in this area. Thanks again, Joe! Michael installed a new garbage disposal including new pipes, etc. The new disposal was very loud as was the old one so I was concerned, but after Michael dug around inside the disposal, he finally came up with the culprit. It was a plug that was to be taken off when my dishwasher was installed by Home Depot. Michael was persistent and knew what he was doing. The disposal is running smoothly. Thanks, Michael.
