I learned of Brothers Plumbing through someone at work who referred them. Jeff responded to the service call. After diagnosing that the old furnace had too many things going wrong, he recommended a new furnace. The scheduling was a little sketchy, but they got Daniel T-311 here on the day that I was available. They got the new furnace in and the old one out without any problems. My weekend started with no heat. Brothers was able to get me in on that Sunday. Jeff H was great! He showed up on time and was very fast at figuring out the problem. He had the parts in his truck and was able to install them that same day. I am very pleased with the work Jeff did and even signed up for the Home Care Club. By doing this I saved a ton of money on today's visit as well as future checkups! I have used these guys in the past and have always been treated with respect and they've made every experience enjoyable. I highly recommend using them for all your plumbing, heating and electrical needs! Thanks again Brothers for getting my heat turned back on! =o) Jeff H. 11/09/14 |

I do not have a Google or Yahoo account, so I am responding direct to Brothers. I am completely satisfied with everyone involved in my very complicated and intense plumbing situation. Jody Kamp 6480 Eaton St. Dan and Maurice were very helpful, informative and patient with me, while also trying to find the best (and possibly less costly) solutions. I felt both really did empathize with my situation and I am very grateful for that. Also, the excavators were friendly and efficient. Had I known that Dan was returning to re-snake the line…I would have NEVER made a “stink†about the position of the toilet tank, and dirty floor. So my apologies for that. My main sewer line backed up. Gave them a call.

We have called this company twice now and had wonderful service each time! They stand by their work and answer all our questions. If we had any concerns after they left, we were able to call (they even came back to the house to make sure everything was okay!). When Justin Nokovich showed up at our house to give us a bid on the electrical work that we were having done as a part of our remodel project, I was very nervous about the process. He quickly set me at ease with the depth of his knowledge. As the next couple of hours unfolded, Justin was completely at ease with the multiple questions that I had for him. His explanations of what they would do, and how the work would unfold were greatly appreciated.

Just moved in. The call was originally made to check out a non-functioning hot water dispenser. Turned out the output sitting on the counter was a water filter. Since I have no problem with the municipal water, I told the Brothers man to replace it with a hot water dispenser. Off to the warehouse, he picked up a unit and had it installed in no time. Jeff was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. On time, plus a call ahead to let us know when he'd be arriving. That is huge - to not be sitting around waiting. This is the third time we have used their services and so far, so good. This job has a two year warranty, which is nice. The reason I give 4 star and not 5, is the cost of the job. While I do not have a great comparison to what other companies charge, it just hurts to pay so much. $150 for a part I just looked up and found for 1/3 the price, and $230 labor for 1.5 hours of work. I wanted you to know the level of professionalism I was shown by your staff was beyond my expectation. Jeff B was absolutely amazing. He was better than prompt (a few minutes early, how often does that happen… ever…?), super professional, very courteous, easy to talk to and had a smile on his face the entire time he was there at my house working. My wife and I had just moved in to our house with our little dude the weekend prior to Jeff coming out to service the sprinkler system, so I hadn’t even had time to peruse the basement or backyard to be able to show him where everything was located. He said it was no problem, again with a smile, and did a quick walk-through with me. Jeff was also super nice to my 4-year old son who is always very excited whenever anyone comes to ‘visit’ our new home, a quality not easily found in many plumbing/service technician professionals. Jeff got everything completed for me and walked me through what all he had done (again, not something I know very many plumbing techs do these days) and made sure I understood everything he had done and showed me again on the paperwork. Jeff also showed up the week after to install the outside pipe/valve cover for me, something I had completely spaced because I was out of the Country the entire last week. Overall, I could not have asked for, or even hoped for, a better experience. Please, if at all possible, let Jeff know he is The Man, and if you could also send my thanks along to Jeff’s supervisor, I would appreciate that. Brothers Plumbing needs to know they have an amazing Technician in Jeff, they would be very wise to keep that young man very happy. We have had Brothers out for plumbing service twice now. The first time. about a year ago, they were our second call, and they identified a much larger problem than the first plumber even considered. Then, they fixed it in no time, and were friendly, professional, and thorough. Then, we needed a service they didn't provide to finish the job, and they recommended Deep Water Restoration, which was similarly friendly and professional. They have standard pricing, so you know you're not getting cheated, and they don't charge for work they don't do. Plus, they gave a warranty on their work, which the first plumber did not. So, they were our first call the next time we needed plumbing work done. Michael and Jimmy came out today (Saturday) in a good mood, did a great job, and answered all of our questions outright. We've never found a more courteous, timely, well-trained, articulate plumbing service anywhere else. Definitely recommend Brothers to anyone for plumbing. We also had Justin come out to do some electrical work. He very quickly diagnosed a larger problem, which we weren't quite ready to deal with. But, he answered all of our questions and too time to educate us on our home's electrical system and how the circuitry works. His patience and explanation were very helpful, and if we have the work done, he'll definitely be the guy we want to do it. As always with Brothers, we found his professional and appreciated that he refused to cut corners, letting us know exactly what the electrical code says and assuring us that, if Brothers does the job, it will be done right. I did not have the work performed (drain snaking) because of the proposed price, which, if we include the $45 trip charge, came out to four times the amount our usual plumber ended up charging, and twice the maximum I would be OK with paying. We've had this problem for many years and the most I have ever paid was under $200. 11/01/14 |

I have had nothing but good experiences with Brothers company. My tech, James D., was early for my appointment. I have never had that happen before.
Nate, who scheduled my appointment, was friendly, funny and quick. James quickly checked out my furnace, gave it a clean bill of health and was gone, almost before I knew he was there.

Daniel T. was prompt and courteous. After he inspected the water heater, Daniel gave me a great description of the issues and various options to solve the problem. In addition, he noticed that the ducts from the furnace were very hot. I opted to replace the water heater to avoid further problems that would most likely occur sooner rather than later. We seriously could NOT be any happier with Brothers and the service that Daniel provided for us yesterday. (1) It's simply amazing that they work on weekends--even Sundays. As parents who work full-time, this is unbelievably convenient. (2) Daniel, and all of the service people we've had work on our house from Brothers, was SO professional, polite and knowledgable. I doubt they're the cheapest, but when it comes to having plumbing, electric or HVAC stuff fixed or replaced on your home, it's better to go with the most reliable, knowledgable and professional company. My husband and I will use Brothers forever and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys! ALSO, whenever we buy our next home (and hopefully it'll be a second, investment home) - we will bypass the standard home inspection and have these guys come out and look at the electrical, HVAC systems and the plumbing. They know WAY more and are willing to tell you more about what's wrong with the systems than any home inspector.
