Joe even used his own screws to fix a loose strike plate for me. I gave him a coupon. When he saw a higher discount coupon on my fridge, he brought it to my attention and gave me the deeper discount.

I had Gary come to my home and was blown away by the way he went above and beyond what was needed! I have told as many people as I could, and will continue too tell people how awesome this company is, I am selling my home, and upon completion of the inspection report, I had several issues that needed to be repaired, I had another company come that same morning and they told me that most of the work was done, but some issues required a plumber, I heard this company advertise on the radio and called, thank god I did! The work that was supposed to already be done, was not, and this was confirmed not only by Gary, but the journey man from the other company! ! I have gotten my money back from them, and will never call anyone else for heating air conditioning and plumbing in my new home!! I can't thank you enough for all the work, the time it took, to explain all the issues and solutions! My mom even stopped by and Gary took the time to explain to both of us different water heater options, for her home and mine! She called me later and wanted Gary's name and number! I will forever tell people this story and to always use this company! ! Michael C was professional, quick, and did a great job. Cleanup was picture perfect, and he stayed to make sure that everything was working as expected. He fixed two solenoids in my sprinkler system, and it took quite a bit to get to the pipes, etc. He was absolutely great to work with, and I will ask for him next time I need plumbing service. Taft provided me with exceptional service and was timely and informative. A previous technician visited my residence, misdiagnosed the problem with my tenant's water heater while i was on vacation. The events that followed became expensive. Taft was able to clearly identify the problem, fix the issue quickly, while providing a discount on the service out of good will (very rare today) I would recommend his work to anyone. I called regarding a problem with the flush valve in my main bathroom. The warranty expired on 3-12-2012 and I encountered the problem May 2014. The technician's Manager, Eric, agreed to cover the replacement under the warranty.
