We were very pleased with the response time to our call regarding our water heater "dying". Daniel and Jason were here at 8:30 the morning after we called for help - and by 1:30 our new water heater was installed and operational. Not only are we pleased with the work they did - they were very nice, professional and efficient! If and when we have any other issues we will certainly call Brothers! I scheduled an appt. for today. And less than 2 hours before the scheduled time we get a call saying you can't make it today. And to top it off, there was no one available to take care of our appt. When I told the receptionist that this was something we needed taken care of before our company came this weekend, she only said, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Would you like to reschedule for next week?" I was dumb founded! How can you run a company like this? I guess if you're making enough money it just doesn't matter. I hope that this attitude will eventually cost Brothers, and you will take a hit. I plan to do what I can to get the word out on my disappointment. Allison F. 12/12/14 |

Great service. Received a phone call to let me know they were on the way. Showed up within the scheduled window. Overall, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and didn't feel like they were more concerned with selling than fixing the issue I called about. Work looks good and has a two year warranty. Isaac was polite and completed the work. However, my complaint is with Brothers Plumbing's policies and my previous visit. During this visit, Isaac commented that the last technician told me the igniter in my furnace was going bad but that wasn't the case. The other tech never mentioned it to me during my furnace start up and service in October, but did place it in the notes. I would have had it replaced during the first visit. I then wasn't allowed to use the $30 off coupon for the $350 worth of repair work. I may start going elsewhere. Isaac J. 12/03/14 |

Ron spoke to my wife and myself separately during the visit. He named a price to her for three recommended repairs. I then chose to defer one of the repairs. Talking with my wife later, we found that he quoted us the same price for both the 2-repair and 3-repair jobs, and that is what I paid (for 2 repairs). He also left the front door wide open for the 4-6 hour stay when it only needed to be open a few inches for a drainage hose; we had numerous flies in the house for a week afterward. Also, my wife almost scalded her hand with tap water after they left; when I took a look, I found that the water heater was turned up to maximum (rather than 2 out of 9 as we usually have it). We were not told that the setting had been changed. We have a 50 year old boiler and have to completely trust the plumber assessing it. In this case we felt taken advantage of. Brothers has been great overall but the primary problem has been having different people coming out for most visits. Now I don't know whom to trust. 11/30/14 |

Brothers did a great job for me and I would recommend them without hesitation. I had a continual problem with a lack of hot water at my kitchen sink. Jimmy B took the time to help me select the right solution (instant hot vs. heat pump vs. tankless hot water) for my particular problem. The coordinated water shut off with building maintenance, discussed all our options with us and gave us the best unit for our needs. Was a bit disappointed as the techs where unable to diagnose the problem with the furnace. I then did minimal research on my own, cleaned the thermocouple (3 min fix) and the furnace has been working flawlessly since. Certainly seems like something they should have checked for initially. 11/18/14 |

Professional from start to finish. A bad time to lose heat like we did is during Arctic air mass making a visit. Jeff arrived on time, and of course quickly put covers over his shoes. We needed a new part, it was ordered, and upon Jeff's return, he realized the wrong part was in a box with correct part number, but wrong part inside box. It was sheer determination he would get our home back in proper order. He made a second long round trip to obtain the correct part. Upon arrival, after along frustrating day for him, he immediately addressed the issue, he resolved the issue, and in short order our home was quickly warming to normal. And after such a day, he had a smile, and sense of humor. His efforts were greatly appreciated, and once again Brothers demonstrated to us that professionalism is indeed their mantra. During the coldest day of the month, my furniture went out. As I have done before I called Brothers. Isaac and Dave arrived during my scheduled time. They were professional, honest and kind. It turned out that they needed parts to complete the repair. During rush hour on icy roads they headed to Denver to pick up the parts; returned and worked into the night to complete a difficult repair. I offered for them to come back the next day to finish the job but they were so positive and replied, "they would not let the furniture beat them and they'd get my heat on." As a single, elderly women I so appreciate I can also trust Brothers to be honest. They provide a set of options for me at various pricing. 5 stars to the Isaac/Dave S Team.
