Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric came to the rescue. Our furnace was operating erratically over the Thanksgiving holidays. Brothers made time for us during this busy heating season to address and fix the problem. My smoke detectors were malfunctioning. Rick came and found that one of the units needed to be replaced. He actually replaced two of the units and extended the Brothers Plumbing warranty on those two units for another two years. Zolie and Charely were very professional and on time.They gave us an estimate to replace our water heater and went over all our options.We opted to have them install a new water heater and get things up to code. Zolie from Brother's came out and repaired a main drain leak that was hidden and has been ongoing. He presented me with some options and recommendations and did an amazing, thorough job repairing the problem with the least invasive option. Jay Lewallen-Owens was a great HVAC tech who was polite, efficient and proficient in his skill level. He was upfront with the cost, time frame for completion and the steps required to complete the work. He kept us informed as to each step in the process for replacing the hot water heater. The receptionists on the front end were courteous and witty and assured us that they could schedule the work to be completed the day of the call.

Tech arrived almost at end of two hour window and didn’t seem too interested in wanting to do anything at that point.
said I had two options which were to just watch it and see if I had more back up problems or they would have to snake it
no prices were given and I chose just to wait and called back Brothers for another appointment earlier in the day and with someone who could give me more options and be willing to perform them . Tyson Duran, who came today to blow out my sprinkler system, was very knowledgeable. Brothers called and asked if I would be available earlier than scheduled for my appointment which was really nice that I didn’t have to wait until the afternoon. Tyson was professional and was able to answer any questions I had. He completed the job in a timely manner. This is the second year I have used Brothers for this service.
