Tyran D met the challenge of finding a leak identified by an initial maintenance visit by a Blue Dot rep. Not only did he and his co-worker, Keith Thomas, locate one leak but actually found and repaired 3 leaks on the indoor unit and 2 on the outdoor unit. I appreciated his professional attitude and apparent competence throughout the 5 hour work period. He kept me informed about what was happening, confirmed my unit was still under warranty, and was thoughtful, polite, and very pleasant during the entire time. He and Keith wore shoe covers without my requesting they do so. I now feel reassured that my Blue Dot heat pump unit will function properly in the months ahead. My BG&E bill should return to a reasonably, low amount. This all happened 2 days after I received my BG&E bill for Dec. in which the past month had tripled. Thanks to the good work of Tyran, I should be able to afford the monthly costs ahead.

DJ (Don J.) is a very friendly and helpful service technician. He called 10 minutes before arriving, and covered his shoes upon entering my home. He replaced a part on my heat pump, and fixed a problem with the inside blower as well. He ran several tests on the unit and thermostat to make sure the system was working properly. He made sure that everything was in good working order before leaving. He also recommended a surge protector, which we may decide to install in the future. He was very knowledgeable and polite, and I would highly recommend him! He represented his company well.

He spent the time necessary to identify a potential problem, suggest a solution and had the necessary parts to make the repairs that put us at ease. I know he spent a lot more time with us than he expected, but it was appreciated. Blue Dot should be proud to have him on board.

Jason was super professional. He arrived in the late afternoon because of a busy schedule. He took his time performing the fall check Nd never appeared to let the time of day keep him from completing his job exceptionally. In fact, because of his diligence he uncovered a problem that could have had serious consequences for us later. Thanks to him. Blue Dot, you have an excellent employee.

Peter did an outstanding job of jumping in to service our rental properties after a mixup on the original appointment. He spent the time needed to make sure that our systems continue to operate efficiently. His explanations and suggestions were all very much appreciated. If I owned my own company, I'd want an employee like Ty. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He mentioned lots of possible upgrades to our system but didn't pressure us. He just let us know what is available to serve us better. I look forward to another system check with Ty.

I have been a customer for 10 years and have always had good service; it seems that lately things are amiss primarily with the scheduling people; Majid came to my home on time;but waited at the door only seconds before he put up a sorry I missed you sign even though my door was open and car was in the driveway. I caught him as he was leaving; he had some difficulty with language and I was initially scared to have him service my unit; he seemed to do an okay job but walked off with my flashlight! Not a very good experience, please don't send him my way again :(

Ben Austin - serviced the heating system and convinced me to install surge protectors and aquire the service policy. He also noticed a potential problem with my oil tank that I I was unaware of- until he pointed it out. My experince with Blue Dot continues to be excellent. i just want to let Blue Dot to know that Tyron Dunger is a very knowledgeable tech. So far my humidifer is working which hasn't been since it was put in. The part that was ordered was not needed because it was something else that was faulty. Tyron is not just knowledgeable but very detailed. He is a asset to your company. Thomas L. (HOE22) w/Blue Dot Services just completed maintenance on my 5-yr. old Carrier gas furnace. Wow! He introduced himself and we chatted about the unit a bit. He checked all aspects of the unit, then went to the crawl space to check out the humidifier pad that a family member installed incorrectly. He reconnected the hose and re-inspected the unit and surrounding area. When Thomas was finished, he explained everything he did and showed me different areas on the thermostat keypad that I didn't know existed, wrote everything down on my receipt and made a couple of recommendations. I will definitely be calling Blue Dot Svs. (Thomas L.) back in the spring to have the A/C unit cleaned and serviced. It's great to work with a service technician that is approachable, knowledgeable and courteous!

thanks to Jeremiah O. -- we finally know what is wrong with our system and he is taking care of getting it fixed. Jeremiah went beyond the call of duty by calling me at midnight after I had made numerous complaints about the service we received on Monday and Wednesday. Last spring, a man came to our house for the spring check. We could not understand at least 90% of what he said to us, and he was rude. Because of the horrible experience with him, we had decided NOT to renew our contract--we have been with this company for over 25 years. A very nice young woman called to talk with us and apologize for the poor experience. She said that Suburban Service would like to keep our account. Well, let me just say that she has done just that! On November 2, an amazing young man, Jeremiah Ohler (HCE 15) came to our home, introduced himself, spoke perfect English, was a gentleman, explained everything that he did regarding our unit, left everything neat and tidy and was pleasant for the entire time. He is a young man that Suburban Service should try very hard to keep as an employee for he is the type of young man that you want to help "grow" your business. He was awesomely amazing and is truly an asset to your company. We have requested that he be the only person to service our system. If we have to wait a day or so, he is definitely worth it. If you have an employee of the month, I would highly recommend him for that prestigeous recognition.
