Had GREAT service from Thomas L. earlier today. He was both courteous and professional. I was very comfortable having him in our home, and I liked the fact that he used his time efficiently. In about an hour, he was on his way to his next appointment. Good job.

Thomas L arrived promptly and gave my furnace a complete check up like no other tech has given it. I have been a guardian plus member for 6 years and this is the first time that things were actually checked with meters. I was so surprised that I actually commented to Thomas L about this . I told him that for paying $299 that I felt like I was ripped off by the other techs doing my service. All they did is look at the coils and run water to clean the over flow and changed the filter. When Thomas did my check up he found 2 things wrong which should have been found previously. He had to replace the capacitor and the transformer. Blue Dot you have a great tech in Thomas L. When I call for any of my services I will be requesting him. Oh yes I forgot I purchased an ultra violet system for my furnace from him on his recommendation. I do have to say Blue dot you owe me for 5 1/2 years of incomplete service not happy about that. Thank you Thomas L

Justin B. is very knowledgeable and helpful. Last year, when called about a water leak he noticed mold in our 4 year old heating unit. He installed a UV bulb and we were breathing more comfortably the next day--huge difference, no more itchy eyes and coughing either. He is very clean, appropriately friendly, good at providing information, and fixed our "leak" without even charging us. I ran to Home Depot for a can of spray insulation and he applied it around the duct work that was causing the condensation on the ceiling. He even suggested checking one vent we hadn't noticed had the same problem. this year when he came to change the UV bulb, he was prompt, quick, and careful to not change anything in our home.

We bought our house in April and just had our first maintenance on our oil boiler today. Darren R. was our technician and he was wonderful. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to have in our home, he will be our technician of choice in the future.

Jeremy was the other member of the team that installed our new heat pump. He was concerned that he had to remove some of the ornamental grasses that surrounded the old unit. I had expected this and assured him that it was ok. Both he and Rick were so quiet that I hardly knew they were here. Once again, we would definitely recommend BlueDot.

Technicians arrived promptly. They were very careful to cover my carpets for protection. Installation of our new heat pump took less time than I thought it would. Rick was particularly helpful in reviewing the new thermostat for me. We have used Blue Dot before and will continue to do so. The serice is excellent.

Don B. came out a performed a 21 point inspection on my furnace. I got a great deal from Groupon. Don explained things to me and answered my questions while he worked. He was very patient and very professional. He made some recommendations for improvements to me heating system but there was no pressure to "buy" anything which I truly appreciated. The technician Ben Austin was pleasant, thorough and generally first rate. Unfortunately, after he left we discovered that one furnace that had been working no longer worked. When I called him he indicated that he would have them send someone out the next morning. However, when I called the next morning I was told that I would have to wait 3 days for rthe repair since I had some furnaces that were working. After "reasoning" with the scheduler who called a supervisor, they agreed to send someone that day. Indeed Ben showed up, re-attached a wire he had failed to reattach, the furnace works and he was in my home less than 5 minutes. Folks read from a script rather than use their intellect. If my furnace was working before the tehcnician came and did not work after he left, the two events must be related. Just think how infuriated I would be if I was negatively impacted by waiting 3 days to have them correct their error which took only 5 minutes.

I just had my central a/c replaced with a new Carrier compressor and air handler. Rick, Jeremy, and Jason, my Blue Dot installers, did an excellent job. They were friendly, courteous, and thoroughly professional. The installation looks immaculate and works beautifully. They made sure we understood how to work the system, and left everything neat and clean. We're very pleased!...........don white

Blue Dot Services were highly recommended by two of my coworkers for heating and air conditioning. I was not disappointed. Justin S. was very thorough and suggested that I use disposable filters because the one that came with the system was starting to fray. This would cause harm to the system. He also left me literature (for future reference) which explained the UltraMax EZUV. He also installed a new water panel in the humidifier.

When Shermaine E. was the technician that showed up to diagnose an error code on my 2 year old furnace I couldn't have been happier. He was able to find the problem the first time. He even went out of his way to go to the Carrier Supply and come back with the part that needed to be replaced. This past summer my A/C had a leak and I was without A/C in 100 degree weather for almost 3 weeks- because the first visiting technician thought I had to wait for a sensor part to be ordered. Finally, Shermaine was sent out and was capably able to diagnose and just fix the leak. Both service times, he explained everything he was doing. Shermaine is a great service technician! thank you

When Ben A. came out this year in the Summer - - he located the leak, that no other Technician could find for the last 8 years) & had the part ordered & installed under our 10 Yr. warranty (Just 6 mos. before it expired). He is the absolute BEST Tech at Blue Dot we have ever met - Hang on to him, he's a keeper. =)
