Unfortunately, 0 stars. Tech was friendly & courteous. Had difficulty setting up Fall maintenance because received no bill (after 28 yrs!). Finally charged it & was able to get appoint. Tech. due 12-6 PM. At 4:30 received call he would arrive 30-45 min. At 5:40 received call Tech was on his way (no idea about previous call). I called at 6:05 when no Tech. & was told "they'd look into it" Tech arrived at 6:20; no apology for lateness; completed call at 7:00. Said he was to check gas furnace (we have a heat pump installed by Blue Dot). Never checked electrical box. Turned on heat, said "smells likes its OK". I am not confident everything checked out. Overall, not satisfied.

Glenn Corbin has worked with me to install 6 systems and he has always made sure the jobs were to my satisfaction. When I had a core failure on my heat pump, he arranged temporary window A/C units during the heat of the summer - great customer service and I will always go to Glenn for my systems!

Mr. Tyran D. was my service agent today for Blue Dot Services. Today’s weather was horrendous and I frankly didn’t expect the date would be kept. In fact he showed up one hour before the end of the time frame. His manner was completely professional.. courteous, patient, good listener; able to give educated feedback to my observations and questions, and quick yet thorough in assessing and drawing conclusion. The write up record was the most legible of any technical visit I have ever seen, which he proceeded to go over with me. Everything was awesome! Bill Sears explained everything to us and we felt no pressure. Dan Grammer and Ramon Rivera did a great job installing our new gas furnace and they were very professional. Can't wait for a cold, snowy winter now. We used Blue Dot in the past in our last home and will use them again. We highly recommend Blue Dot!

Darren Robinson is our service man for Blue Dot. I always request that he does our service because he is excellent. At the time of this particular service, my wife was having difficulty in our bedroom with what I suspect were allergies. I also have allergies. Darren suggested that we put a UV light on our attic furnace. We took his advice and both my wife and myself have seen a noticeable improvement. We also bought a new AC and furnace for our basement from Blue Dot. One of the main reasons we bought from Blue Dot and not BGE Home was because of the excellent service we have received from Darren. Very satisfied with Blue Dot airconditioning service. The technician came promptly to my house on time and diagnosed the problem (capicator) and also explained to me other options in the future for my a/c needs and heating. He also helped me with the payment processing via his business office/management. Lastly, he indicated that I might want to consider a maintenance agreement so that I could take advantage of discounts and alleviate any future maintenance/repairs.
