profesional, efficient and did a complete job servicing my furnace. Even went back to the office to get a filter he did not have on the truck and returned promply to install it and inspect everything. I am very happy to have found this company. Justin S (technician) of blue dt services was very professional, courteous and informative. He fixed the problem (capacitor) very promptly. He also informed me of the various repair policies/agreements that I could sign up with Blue dot and save money/discounts on future repairs and system replacements. Extremely satisifed with Justin S. service and Blue Dot. I had Blue Dot also service one of my air conditioner units a couple of years ago and was very impressed with their service. Sam Hatcher is the CHAMPION of Blue Dot Services MD! After a number of incorrect diagnosis and misinstallations with our old and new AC unit, Sam came to the rescue each time and corrected the mistakes. He should conduct training in service, sales, installation, customer service and all other areas of your business. He was very plesant and easy to work with after a number of very frustrating experiences. I only want Sam to make any service calls I might have in the future. I hope he is recognized accordingly. Central A/C unit died. BlueDot was able to make it out the next day to look at it. The service window was for 6 hours but the tech arrived at the very beginning of the window, quickly assessed the problem.
