Tryan Dugee is an excellent service technician and a great representative of Blue Dot. He has worked on a major project on the outside condenser of our air conditioning system before and we responded positively to his work at that time. When we had to have a follow up visit, Justin B came out to take a look at our system. As usual, he showed up toward the beginning of our service window - calling beforehand to alert us that he was on his way. There were no problems found with the system after his diagnosis, but he checked everything out. He was very professional and friendly. Walter "Skip" Findley was extremely professional and friendly when he came to service our system. He showed up at the beginning of our service window, which is always a welcome treat (although common with Blue Dot). This is my first time dealing with Blue Dot. Technician Michael Iglesias came to my house on time and explained things to me. He made very good suggestions for filters, and other services. Justin Barr did a great job getting our fall furnace maintenance check completed. He not only replaced a worn part quickly and efficiently, he thoroughly explained what had transpired and left the used parts in case of an emergency. He also worked with the home owner to completely clear the pipe of debris so the furnace would work with complete efficiency. He informed of each procedure as it was completed. This was the second time he has been here and we are very pleased with his knowledge and expertise. Would certainly request him again. Thank you, Blue Dot, for hiring and keeping the best! I tried to write a review about Tyran D. but for some reason I couldn't get it posted so I thought I would try Facebook. Tyran is very professional, friendly and helpful. I was having trouble with my computer and asked him if he would take a minute to look at it. I am 80 and know little about computers. Thats' probably why I couldn't post my review. After Tyran finished his work, he pressed a few buttons, then hit reset on my router and the computer started working. I think Fernando does a very complete job. While he is completing this work I usually stay close by to answer or ask questions. On this visit he sold me a $400.00 UV light to kill mold. He found a couple of spores on the cage fan housing. I feel confident that he is an honest tech. He takes time to show you if there is a problem. I continue to ask for him to service my unit. Since Blue Dot installed my new heating/AC system, I have kept the maintenance contract in effect. The semiannual maintenance checks give me peace of mind. Kevin L. has performed the last several check-ups and he IS THE GREATEST. He is the utmost professional and is an expert at what he does. I feel confident in his work on my system. On September 21st Justin Barr serviced our furnace. Justin is an outstanding technician, and very knowledgeable in his field. His work ethic is very high and his respect for his customers is exemplary. He is also a very good instructor for the people that he trains. We rely on Justin to keep out furnace and a/c working properly. Justin spends time explaining what he is doing and how our equipment works.
