RON SAYERS WAS THE TECH.WHO SERVICED MY HEAT PUMP.HE WAS THE ONLY TECH AFTER 10 YEARS OF BLUE DOT INSTALLING MY UNIT TO INFORM ME MY MOTOR DID NOT HAVE PROTECTION FROM LIGHTING.HE INSTALLED THE PROTECTER DEVICE,AND DID A EXCELLENT JOB SERVICING AS ALL OTHER TECHS FROM YOUR COMPANY HAS. I was very happy with Jake Sheckells work on my furnace and air conditioner. He was at my home working for an hour and a half. No other technican stayed for more than a half hour. I was very pleased with his work. George

Thanks to Matt and Shane for installing our new heater and AC! They were very professional in all aspects of the installation! They taught me how to use the new equipment and were very thorough. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were very clean - especially on our white carpets! Chuck helped us pick out our equipment at a meeting at our house in the evening. We needed some time to think about it, and had questions for him after he left to go home for the night. After calling him and talking for a few minutes, he turned around and returned to our house to go over the information more in depth so we could make our final decisions before the end of the month specials ran out. THANK YOU, BLUE DOT!

Blue Dot Services installed a new gas furnace and air conditioner in our home on 2/26/13. Dan & Ramon were professional from the start and courteous. They laid down the tarps to protect our floors and went right to work. We appreciate the great work they did, and when finished Dan spent time going over what else we needed to know. Thank you for your quick response also to our immediate need for a furnace/AC replacement!

Ron Sayers was an excellent service tech! The circuit board in my 1-year old furnace died, and he found a place that had a replacement in stock. Furnace back up and running in less than 3 hours. Wonderful!

Darren Robinson was the service technician who performed our winter service inspection. He was clean, efficient, and very informative. He noted some issues with our furnace and made the appropriate adjustments to the system to make it as efficient as it was the day it was installed. In addition, he found a leak in the air conditioning unit outside and ordered the parts necessary to correct the problem. Darren also took the time to explain some things abou the therostat that I was not aware of. All in all, he was very personable and polite. It is quite obvious that Darren is very knowledgeable about his job and does an excellent job for your clients as a result. He was so good that I plan on requesting him for all of my future service needs, including the one that he just ordered the parts for. A great find/hire Blue Dot and a definite keeper for sure. Keep up the great work Darren.

I am a avid listener to WBAL radio 1190 am, for years I have heard your advertisements, The use of the Blue Booties, I have always thought, would I be pleased with the service I'd receive at BlueDot Of Maryland. Fortunately, Mr. Robbie's Team professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the installation quickly exceeded my expectations. Within a few hours, they wer able to Remove the Old Unit and install the Furnace & Ac and start the process of having my Heating situationcorrected. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Blue Dot Of Marylabnd for years to come.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! We have used Blue Dot service for 25 years. Recently Keith Thomas serviced our heat pump took photos of the unit to show me the issues that could cause loss of heat this winter we were very thankful for his recommendations. All if a sudden we heard loud noises coming from the unit John Beardsley a highly qualified representative visited our home again and double check on the issues and was very helpful with problem solving and commonsense recommendations. That same night a sales service representative Chuck Carey was scheduled to visit our home he was reassuring, patient and guided me through new heat pump availability and their efficiency. Finally the installation was at my convince and a quick turn over! Steve Berry and Jamal Watkins were great; taking great care of our house as they brought in equipment,instillation and explaining and use of the of the unit and new thermostat. They were still smiling at the end odd a long day! Thank you Morgan as a receptionist when I called you were most helpful; you went the extra yard to get answers for my questions as we set up our new system Heat pumps have certainly improved over the years! While I was not at all pleased with the customer service provided by the tech that came out to diagnose my initial problem, after contacting your office and requesting that they send someone different to come out and do the actual repair - i was extremely satisfied with the two technicians that completed the work. I am not certain of the names of these techs (ryan and josh??) at this time b/c I am at work and don't have the card with me. But these two gentlemen were extremely polite, professional and thorough. The outside temps were brutal and they were out there for over 4 hours - working non-stop. I hope if I got the names wrong - you will contact me to double check or you can look in your records - as I want them to be acknowledged for such a great job! Our 21 year-old gas furnace finally died on us on Friday and we called Blue Dot to the rescue! They were able to quickly schedule us for installation this morning and the guys did a wonderful job!! This evening, we're enjoying a warm, comfortable house again and can't thank the wonderful sales team and technicians enough. Our house had been sporadically cold for the past month. We blamed it on the need for more insulation but were frustated by the on again/off again nature of the problem. We have a contract with Blue Dot, so decided to call to have someone check out the problem. Darren arrived Saturday night (in fact, we almost cancelled because by then the house was toasty and we felt bad having someone come out so late in the day). He spent an hour meticulously checking over everything. He was knowledgeable, informative, personable and thorough. At the end of the day, the thermostat was the culprit. Sunday was the first day we spent in a comfortable house for a month. It was heaven. We've been with Blue Dot for 15 years. This is the second time having a service contract has paid for itself, and Darren was the best tech we've ever had. Thank you!

Our house had been getting sporadically cold for the past month. We chalked it up to inefficient doors and the need to boost insulation but decided to have Blue Dot take a look anyway, to see if there was a problem with the furnace. Darren R came out on a Saturday night and conducted a very thorough investigation of the problem and determined the issue was the thermostat. He was professional, knowledgeable and very informative. Today, our house has been comfortable for the first time since before Christmas. We've been with Blue Dot/Ridge for 15 years now. Service like this is why. Thank you! PS: Oh, and another company came out earlier in the day to perform an analysis. They had a number of suggestions as to the problem (some of which they could address, for a charge). None of them involved a thermostat.

Who knew it would be so quick and easy to replace your entire heating and AC system? From the time we had a technician (Ryan) come out to assess our 21 year old system and some sounds it was making, to the ordering of parts (Chuck C.) and schedule of the entire furnace and AC installation (Rick and Jeremy) took less than 72 hours. The installation was quick, easy and so professional. I would recommend their support and help any day of the week!

Yes, the electronic review that we attempted to send in was way too complicated so we filled out the card that was provided at the time that our heating system was serviced by Fernanddo and mailed it in. Essentially, what it said was.... Fernando was extremely proficient and professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home and had complete trust in his ability to service our heating system. He took the time to explain what work he had done and showed me where the UV light that he had installed was located. In short, he was wonderful!
