Ryan D came to my house early evening and worked to fix my air conditioner. Having a new system installed 5 months ago and this being the first time the system was turned on he was able to find the leak and fix it within 90 minutes and had my system working like a charm. Very professional and appreciate him explaining what he found and how he would fix it.

Service specialists Tom N. and Ray E. installed a new Carrier furnace, replacing a 15-year-old unit. They took their time, remained professional and orderly throughout the installation. Prior to leaving, I was given an explanation of the furnace. Highly pleased with Blue Dot and their level of expertise.

Kevin was pleasant, kind, and very professional. He looked at our air conditioning system to see if there was an inexpensive way of getting it to work. Unfortunately, there was not but Kevin was very honest and spoke about the different credits available with getting a new unit. Ryan R came out on Monday to perform routine service, but noted that the air conditioner was not functioning properly. He tried to correct the problem but he had to order a new part. He returned on Thursday with the part and fixed the air conditioner. His repair was professional, neat, clean, and functional. He was very personable and answered all my questions about the air conditioner functioning and related issues. He did a great job. Thank you.

Kevin showed up for our annual service right time and was his usual, cheerful self. He and his assistant, or trainee, set about doing the job. He adjusted the thermostat, checked the outside unit, opened the furnace and tested and adjusted things, and was done. They cleaned up completely, reset the thermostat, and were done. We discussed options about continuing a service contract with Blue Dot, and he advised me on the best choice for our needs, considering that we have a new system with a 10 year service policy. I will be calling Blue Dot about that (thanks for the reminder)!. That's all there was: no problem, no drama, little time spent.

Adam Betz was our Service Specialist on May 14, 2013. We specifically ask for him whenever we have maintenance done on our heat pumps. He is so professional, knowledgeable and helpful, as well as courteous to us and respectful of our house when he has to be inside to check the furnaces. We would give him more than 5 stars if we could. He is an exceptional Service Specialist and an asset to Blue Dot.

Matt is awesome! Extremely professional, friendly and knows his stuff! Would recommend Blue Dot and Matt highly to everyone. I had a new heat pump installed and it was a tricky instillation due to the construction of my condo. Couldn't be happier! We got 5 quotes from 5 different HVAC companies. Blue Dot wasn't the cheapest (or most expensive) but it was worth every penny!

Kevin came in and found the air handler had run its course and a new system was required. Chuck Carey arrived that same afternoon and reviewed our options. A new system was purchased and the team of Matt, Steve and Shane arrived at 8:30 the next morning. Only 24 hours expired from inspection to sales to installation. All aspects of this project could only be classified as flawless execution.......GREAT JOB !!!

I want to say THANK YOU to Mark Bartholomew, Service Manager, for his untiring commitment to help us solve the problem with our Carrier heat pump. It took several months and technicians but it is finally fixed and Mr. Bartholomew returned all of my calls, adjusted our BGE bills and was courteous and professional throughout. We also appreciated the follow-up from Jeff Martin who replaced the refrigerant, explained the problem and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. He was respectful of our property and courteous on both visits. THANK YOU Blue Dot!!

RYAN R. AND SKIP WERE HERE FRIDAY TO SERVICE THE AIR CONDITON UNDER MY CONTRACT. THEY WERE BOTH VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE ONLY QUESTION I HAD WAS THAT I HAVE CEILING LEAKS AND NO ONE THERE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO GIVE ME A SATISFACTORY ANSWER AS TO WHY. THE UNIT WAS INSTALLED IN 2001 AND ABOUT 3 YRS AGO THE CEILING VENTS STARTED TO LEAK WITH CONDENSATION. MY PLASTER CEILINGS ARE ALL RUINED AND HAVE TO BE REPAINTED. HOWEVER I DO NOT WANT TO REPAINT UNTIL I KNOW THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED. THEY SAID TO PUT A POSTER BOARD ON THE RETURN VENT DURING THE WINTER. I WENT TO TURN ON THE FAN AND AIR AND COULD NOT GET IT WORKING. I HAD PROBLEMS GETTING THRU TO BLUE DOT FRI NITE, HAD TO CALL AGAIN SAT AT NOON. THEY WERE TO CALL ME HALF AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CAME. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I WAS AT A CHURCH BAZAAR WORKING WHEN I CAME HOME I FOUND A MESSAGE THAT SAID SOMEONE WAS HERE , CHECKED IT OUT AND LEFT. I CALLED BACK AND FINALLY ANIOTHER NICE GENTLEMEN, KEVIN, CAME AND SAID IT WAS WORKING FOR HIM AND YES IT WAS. HE INDICATED HE WOULD TAKE MY PROBLEM TO HIS SUPERVISORS AND TRY TO GET AN ANSWER FOR ME ALL IN ALL YOUR TECH ARE EXTREMELY MANNERLY AND POLITE AND CAREFUL IN MY HOME HOWEVER, I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY SOMEONE AT BLUE DOT C ANNOT FIND OUT WHAT TO DO TO FIX MY PROBLEM WITH THE VENTS IN THE CEILING LEAKING. Blue Dot has helped us for years. I like receiving a phone call from the technician telling us when he expects to arrive. Ryan D showed up on time and stayed until the job was complete. Despite the fact that the job took awhile, he remained upbeat and kept us informed of his progress. He also explained everything he was working on and why it needed to be done. I am always please Blue Dot maintenance and service. I was so glad Blue Dot could installed a new AC, new Aquatherm Hot water coil and a new fan in one day. It did take two trips to resolve the reason the fan would not turn off. Staff were very professional and courteous. I do not know how small black flakes got 'all' over my condo. I was able to clean most except the rug area by the kitchen. I was surprised when Blue Dot said I did not need to pay for the UV light. This was good news. I will be able to have a professional clean my rug, instead of myself.

My heatpump unit was replaced last April by Blue Dot. Matt G & his partner did an excellent job. They are very friendly & professional. The installation was well coordinated between the existing & new equipment such as the re-connection of the ductwork. One very critical part of this heatpump replacement project was the re-use of the existing refrigerant piping. All standard & critical procedures were performed neatly to the refrigerant piping. I am giving 4 & a half stars. Highly recommended. (Loi Ng May 6, 2013)

We were appreciative of his careful consideration of our home by using shoe covers while inside, since the job also required him to work both inside and outside in the rain.
