Unfortunately, I completely forgot about my appointment and had run an errand that afternoon (without my cell phone), but when I arrived home, Tyran D. was still in the driveway. He was so friendly and polite, and told me that he was waiting a few extra minutes for me, just in case. I really appreciated that! Tyran did a thorough winter inspection of my heating system for me and patiently and knowledgeably explained everything he did.Tyran was also very respectful, and his demeanor is genuine. He is a true professional, and I love that Blue Dot has employees as fine as this.

Who knew the process to replace your entire heating and ac system could be so quick and painless? Our system was over 20 years old, so when it started acting funny, we call Blue Dot to see if it was fixable. From the time the technician (Ryan) arrived and found that nothing was broken and recommend replacement, to when HE coordinated for me to meet with the sales rep (Chuck) to the delivery and installation of the equipment (Rick and Jeremy), it was a matter of less than 72 hours. Every single person that we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. There are not enough good things to say- and I would highly recommend Blue Dot on any day of the week!

The maintenance service provided by Blue Dot and the company's respresentative of Mr. Tyran Dungee was excellent. I appreciated receiving the telephone contact prior to his actual arrival. He was prompt and very professional. He proceeded to conduct the fall/winter check up. He provided me with a very thorough review of the service provided and also made recommendations for additional upgrades. I would highly recommend Mr. Dungee to other customers of Blue Dot.

I was very happy with my service technician Kevin L. He came for the regular winter maintenance. He found cracks in the furnace that required me to purchase a new furnace. He took the time to show me the cracks by using a small camera, and clearly explained my options. Thankful, that my family and I will be safe with my new furnace, and thankful for his kindness, professionalism, and his reassurance. thanks Kevin

Our service technician Darren R. was the best; he went above and beyond to insure that we are happy customers. We received star service from him. He is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, thorough and answered all of our questions. He arrived with a big smile and left with a big smile. I received a call from BlueDot representative Tyran Durgee in the morning which was awesome because I've had experience being serviced late in the day. I got a call when he was about 10 mins away and when he arrived, I met a respectful person who basically told me what he needed to do and how he's going through the checks in an orderly fashion. I was even given tips on how to prevent costly repairs as he was going about his work which is again..awesome. He was very thorough and very patient explaining everything and at the end of the inspection even offered a follow up call number if I still had any other question. Now that's customer service! Hats off to BlueDot Services for the quality of work and the work etiquette of your employees. Job very well done!!

Jason Miller came to help us about 7 PM. We lost our pilot light and needed a new thermocouple. Jason was great and helpful and in short order we had heat after being cold since 7 AM when we found that we had no heat. Burr. Thank you Blue Dot and Jason Miller.

I had a scheduled maintenance visit by Blue Dot with technichian Thomas (ID#HOE22). Prior to Thomas arriving I received a courtesy call informing me he will be arriving shortly. Upon his arrival he intorduced himself and let me know what to expect with my visit. He went riight to work. He was very professional, courteous and kind. As with ALL of Blue Dot's technicians Thomas did not let the company down with his professionlism. I have been dealing with Blue Dot for several years and have dealt with other companys as well, however the other companys customer service and technicians can 't hold a candle to Blue Dot. I say this in all fairness as a customer who has seen some companys that I myself would not recommend to anybody. You can rely on the job being done right, and if it is not they do come back and resolve the problem in the same professional and courteous manner. They do indeed take good care of their coustomers, and it is technicians like Thomas that make customers continue their loyalty to Blue Dot!

On 12/28/12 I had a schduled maitenence check up due on my heating system. I received a call from the Blue Dot technician Thomas (#HOE22) letting me know he was on his way and would arrive shortly. I met Mr. Thomas at my door he introduced himself and advised me of what I could expect from this maitenece check up. He went right to work and checked everything out. He came back with the results and shared with me the outcome and suggestions to improve the system. He was very professional, kind and courteous. He showed knowledge and understanding of the system. He took care of me like I was a family member. I have been doing buisness with Blue Dot for several years and they are a very fair and honest company. The customer service is wonderful! The technicians are the best at what they do. I have had dealings with other companys, but they can not compare to Blue Dot's reputation! Thanks, Mrs. Diaz

Thomas' service is Baltimore, not Silver Spring. He was delayed because of traffic. Servicemen in my area have always been on time. Thomas was worth the wait.

Blue Dot did a great job. The service technician came in a timely manner to diagnose the problem, the sales rep came out the same day to discuss options and the replacement of the heating and cooling system happened the same week. Great customer service.

Our service technician, Fernando, was excellent. He called 30 minutes prior to his arrival as Blue Dot had told us he would. He had to replace our compressor. He was polite, meticulous and obviously knew his trade. He explained what he was doing and why. He was very careful not to track any dirt into the house and he did not rush his work outside, even as darkness approached. He provided us with the appropriate paperwork when he completed the job and was very pleasant during the entire time.

We lost our heat on Xmas Eve and were so lucky to locate Blue Dot on the internet. We waited until Xmas day to call in for service. We got the best service ever from a Tyran Dungee. He fixed the problem, a broken igniter, within just a few minutes. Hip hip hooray for Tyran. He is not only a great serviceman but he is a complete gentlemen and made us feel like we the customer were really important to him. He did everything possible to make us want to use Blue Dot again and again and again. Blue Dot is lucky to have Tyran and we were lucky to have him as our serviceman.I don't normally write reviews, in fact I think this is the first time I have ever done this and it is only because of this exceptional service that I am writing this review.

I was expecting a call the night before the day of scheduled service to let me know if the service person could come in the AM. I did not get that call...however to my surprise I was called and came bright and early next day..which I was happy about. The original call told me they could only give me a day not a AM or PM window, someone would call the night before service. Service was great!

A time frame from 8AM to 4PM is a bit long to wait for service. The service guy was running late and did not show until 5PM. The company and he did call to say they would be late. No problems with the technician.

After I received the call he arrived promptly and immediately explained what work he was going to perform. He informed as to what areas needed preventative maintenance and he showed he any concerns that were presented as he checked the systems. He performed the work in a professional manner and yet he took the time to explain and answer any questions I had.

Tyran was through in preforming his service.. He first reviewed our problem and then provided a very simple solution.. He went on to explain the best way to operate our thermostat. He even came prepared to replace the existing one if that should have proved to be necessary. Although it was very late in the evening ,he did not rush though his explanations and was very curteous.

He explained everything he was doing and even made a recommendation to add surge protection to the unit which I agreed with. Our Blue Dot tecnician Kevin L. just left. He was very professional, knowledgable and most important personable. His interpersonal skills were impeccable and we felt comfotable having him in our home. Although we had to spend unexpected money during the Holiday Season, his demeanor made it a little easier. He made great recommendations to aviod future issues, thoroughly explained the current problem, and what he did to fix it. The most important part is when he left, we understood the services we paid for and felt we just dealt with an honest/knowledgable technician.
