Skip replaced defective parts on our heat pump/air conditioner. He was polite, professional, and thoroughly on task. AC unit is now working efficiently. Skip left the work area clean and neat. Lights were turned off when the work was completed. Highly recommend Skip for your HVAC repairs.

Dan K has no picture but is the only other Dan besides the one that was shown that was not here. If this is the Dan that worked with Rob on my job, then this review is for him. They were very curious and polite. Their work was excellent. They cleaned up when they were done. They explained everything thoroughly and in terms anyone can understand. They explained all my options when there were decisions that needed to be made. Most of my interactions were with Rob. My job presented unusually problems and they were here for a very long day and I was very gratefully that the installation went so smoothly. I was very happy.

They helped move stuff around in order to gain enough access to the HVAC inside, trimmed back the bushes outside, and cleaned up the areas afterwards. Things worked the first time and now we have an nice upgraded heating and cooling system in the house. Blue Dot, and especially these guys, really know what they're doing ... thanks!

I am very happy with the service that James R provided me on Saturday, 22 June 2013. He was very courteous, knowlegeable and understanding when I could have fixed the problem myself. Apparently, the technician from the day before forgot to turn my breaker back on to the outside unit. I didn't even check that and he was very nice about coming out on a Saturday and fixing it for me. I am totally satisfied with the work the Blue Dot provides me.

Had a GREAT overall experience with Blue Dot this month. Kevin L. who first came out was very helpful and straight forward about what needed to be done, and also helped coordinate a meeting with Dan K. to go over options and financing (and his visit was also great). The two gents who actually installed our HVAC and water heater on Tues were prompt, professional, and communicative, and answered all my questions. They were in at 8:30 AM and got all the work completed in one day, and everything seems to work great. Overall very pleased with the experience and would recommend Blue Dot to anyone needing this sort of work done.

Keith Roots was great. After completing our maintenance service, which he listed on the invoice, he reviewed recommendations for parts which would improve the efficiency and reliability of our units. When we brought up how warm it gets on the second floor, we got a valuable lesson on how to use our thermostat to better control upstairs temperature. Thank you.

Michael Iglesias at Blue Dot was the calm, confident presence who brought his expertise to our problem and solved it. The previous tech, who was disappointing hadn't left the part number for replacement so Michael had to bring three motors to the job--but he was very good-natured about it. After replacing the motor on our A/C/furnace the A/C was replaced the unit was still not pumping out cold air. We've been without A/C on a unit still under warranty for 7 days in the height of summer and I was expecting the worst. But Michael calmly went outside to examine the compressor and determined that the previous tech had put too much coolant into the unit and that needed to be drained to restore the balance. As I write this it's 100 degrees out and cool air is finally coming back. Real nice guy and great at his job.

Bad experience... Contacted the company on-line to come out and check my hot water heater. I received a call but wasn't able to take the call due to work. No message was left. Kept waiting, but never heard back. Meanwhile, the issue worsened. I called and waited on the phone to get someone to come out. When we got someone here, I asked the tech to give the tank a full inspection 3 different times while he was here, but he only fixed the obvious problem and didn't fully inspect the unit. He said everything was fine with the unit other than the problems that he fixed. I was charged $820 for two minor repairs that didn't fix the leak. The Tech was here for about an hour. After the "repair" we noticed within 5 hours that the leak was still there. I called the next day and finally got another tech to come out. He said that the entire unit needed to be replaced and quoted us another $1040 to replace the tank. Very unhappy. I don't mind paying a fair price for service but this is ridiculous. The first Tech obvious made a serious mistake. Hopefully Bluey will make this right.
