I'd welcome them back to my home anytime! Dave did a great job on the front end as well - he explained the options available, gave me time to ask questions, and he avoided any gimmicks or high pressure sales tactics.

My wife and I had a heating and cooling system installed by Blue Dot under the leadership of Ronnie. Over the years I have had work done by countless contractors and never in my life have I had the level of service that Ronnie provided. Most companies promise excellent customer service, few produce it. Blue Dot, through Ronnie and his partner, are one of those companies that not only talk-the-talk of customer service, they walk-the-walk. The service that we received was unbelievable!! Ronnie and his partner were determined to get the job done with the highest levels of quality and professionalism and they worked a 13 hour day to make sure the job was done right. Their commitment to our needs was phenomenal. I will recommend Blue Dot to everyone. In terms of customer service the best thing I can say about Ronnie and Blue Dot is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW!!! We had a new heating and cooling system installed and I cannot believe the quality of the service that we received. In this day and age of claims by most companies to provide excellent service, it is very rare to find one that does. Blue Dot's service, and Donald in particular, are examples of excellent customer service. Donald and his partner worked 13 hours to get the job done and their work ethic was unbelievable. They were determined to provide the install with the highest of quality and maintained the highest level of excellence even with the long day. I would recommend Blue Dot to everyone. OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Alex diagnosed the problem immediately and leveled the unit which is in our attic as well as closing up one of the traps when there should only have been one in the first place. At any rate, the problem is fixed.

Very courteous group, everyone from the office staff to the technician. Everything was well explained following the inspection. As for the estimated cost for the repairs and how they compare to other companies I can not comment on at this time as I have not received a quote at the time of this review.

Blue Dot was great from 1st phone call to end of repairs. Fast 1 day response time, service tech Mike I. was great, true asset to Blue Dot, he checked for parts warranty and saved me alot of money with parts in warranty. Polite , good natured , hard working. I can't say enough about the good service near the end of another HOT!!! day.

Keith R. provided great service today! He called when he was on his way and was here within 20 minutes of his call. He was courteous and polite. He gave recommendations, but I appreciated the fact that he didn't make it a sales pitch just mere suggestions. With some company's where you purchase a service contract, they go through the motions. Keith R thoroughly checked the system and was not rushed. See them in the fall!!!

Problem with "dirty sox" smell and called Blue Dot. Kevin L. came out within an hour of the call and he quickly diagnosed the problem & fixed it. Additionally, he installed an air scrubber in our AC system. The process took less than a half hour and now our house smells fresh and cool, too! Thank you Blue Dot for prompt service and solution to the "dirty sox" smell!

James R. came to do a check up on an air handler that was installed a few months ago. He arrived when expected and was courteous and professional. He liked my cats which always a plus. During the inspection he found something that wasn't installed per code and he said he would arrange to have it fixed because he didn't have the part with him. He did not badmouth the previous installer, but just said that it was a fairly recent change in code and some people might not be aware of the change yet. The next working day I got a call and he was scheduled to fix the problem. I am usually not pleased with service from large companies, but so far Blue Dot has been an exception.

Kevin L. did a fantastic job. Incredibly courteous and professional, he arrived in a timely manner, quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner, and fixed it. Since then, I've had no problems whatsoever. In addition, he gave the entire unit a brief inspection and informed me on what was still good, what may need replacement soon, and the overall health of my system. He was very forthcoming and genuine. Highly recommended.

Blue Dot saved me $8,300.00 today. My central air was broken. So, we called one of the other companies and were told that the compressor was bad and that we needed to replace the entire system (furnace, and air) and that we needed duct work done as well to the tune of $8,800.00. So, I checked out the reviews on Yelp and that's how I found Blue Dot. The Blue Dot technician (Ben) was able to diagnose the problem immediately - a bad capacitor. He had the system up and running within an hour. Thanks Ben. Bottom line: If you are looking for a fair and honest vendor, then Blue Dot is the one.

BGE Contractor failed to reset my new air conditioner after reinstalling PCU for PeakRewardsSM Air Conditioning program. Called Blue Dot after hours. Rick an dtaylor recently instlaled a heat pump at the start of the hottest week of the year. they arrived on time and took great care in cleaning up afterwards and not damaging anything in the house. they worked as a team and got the job done a lot quicker than i tohught. all my questions were answered. When I told Jim R that I had to change my furnace filter once a month because of the animal and especially the smoking odor in my house, he mentioned the Air Scrubber as a possible solution. I asked him to install it. That night I left the house and came back to the house and could not smell cigarette odor in the house ! I am thrilled because my 2 year old nephew from California is visiting soon and he will now be able to visit with all my animals IN THE HOUSE ! Thank you Jim R. And thank you for treating my dog so wonderfully !

Steve Brooks was part of a team that replaced our A/C and heating unit. The unit broke during record-setting heat wave. The equipment is in our condo deck storage closet that faces west. Needless to say, it was unbearably hot and a very long day for them. Steve and his partner, Shane, were the ultimate professionals. From start to finish, well-played, Blue Dot and team!

Tony D. was our technician and he was fabulous. He was friendly, knowledgeable and he sets the right image for your company. My comments going forward have nothing to do with him or his performance. We have been a customer of Blue Dot for 9 years. We have purchased their maintenance agreement for 9 years because they were the company who installed the heating/a-c units in our brand new development. Tony did his maintenance inspection on the a/c unit and advised me that the capacitor was not working properly. I tried to reach my husband who is traveling on business, to explain the problem to him. He is a project manager for a large construction company for mechanical, electrical and plumbing for commercial construction. I was unable to reach him, so, I made the decision to have Tony install the new capacitor. The cost was $267. When my husband final called me and told me the cost of the part was $15.00. Bottom line it cost $250 for Tony to install the new part which only took him 5 minutes. Outrageous! Feel like we were raped over the coals. My understanding with the maintenance agreement was that I only had to pay for parts at a 25% discount. My understanding that with the maintenance agreement, I didn't pay for installation costs. I guess I was wrong. I am very, very disappointed in Blue Dot.

Blue Dot has been great.Our consultant, Phil, was very patient & was excellent to work with. Additionally, the team that Blue Dot sent to my house to install our new heat pump was great. They were efficient, courteous & very professional. Steve explained everything they did after the install was complete & what we needed to do for the upkeep of the unit. Both Steve & Shane did an excellent job today. I will definitely be recommending Blue Dot in the future.
