The Team of Robbie & Don, Taylor arrived at my home yesterday to install a new Condenser & Heat Pump. From the time of arrival to the time of departure - eleven hours later! - I've never seen a team of individuals work so professionally in my life. Beyond their knowledge of HVAC, their attention to putting down drop clothes for cleanliness, keeping me, the customer informed as to their progress on the install, to laying out every manual at the end of the install in an organized fashion, asking me if I had any questions, was truly beyond expectations. Can't really find a review site, but here's my appraisal. Robbie and Don arrived ahead of schedule (after calling) and got to work immediately. They were here to install a new inside coil for my central air unit. Robbie explained to me what was going to happen and then they simply got it done, no hassles and no annoyance at all. They were very polite, very professional, and very helpful in answering whatever questions I had. After my initial call to Blue Dot, Adam B. returned my call quickly and was able to walk me through instructions to control my Infinity thermostat and check our A/C unit to ultimately correct the problem. Kudos for saving energy by not having to make a service call, and restoring my families' comfort quickly in the heat of summer.
