Adam B. came promptly after his phone call. He made certain his shoes were covered. He checked the heating systems inside and outside. He also answered several questions I had about the heating and cooling and confirmed an issue that I was having that may/or may not be related to the hot water heater. He demonstrated two procedures that would be helpful to me in the heating and air-conditioning season. We discussed the humidifier and ways to help with allergies using the on section of the fan. This is the second time he has worked in my home and I will request him again. (for your company: Adam was scheduled for the 8:00-8:30 time slot. He was rerouted by your company, but your company did not call to say there was a change. It might be helpful to your clients, if you have given a specific time to just call and say there is a delay of about^^^^^ time. THIS WAS NOT ANYTHING THAT ADAM DID OR DID'T DO. On 9/5/13 Kevin L. came to do the fall check on our system. He was very knowledgeable and did a comprehensive inspection of our system. During this inspection he found a problem with the secondary heat exchanger. We determined it would be best to replace the furnace because of safety and the age of the furnace. ****I WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!!!*****Blue Dot is amazong! From my initial use of their online chat sevice with Marion to the installation team of Larry S. and Kevin G.
Blue Dot had both a extreemly knowledgeable technician, Tyrone, and Comfort consultant, Phil W., come out to look at my old A/C unit. I had the technician scheduled to come by between 0900 and 1200. He was at my house at 0845!! The comfort consultant was scheduled to be at my house at 1000, which he was! Both completed their jobs without trying to sell me anything. Instead they gave me all the facts and let me make my decision!
the Installation team wan't any different! I was given a window of time of when they would be at my home, between 0800-0930. They were at my house at 0825! They got to work imeadately. Again, both Larry and Kevin, were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions
They were both extreeml friendly, and were very careful to keep my house clean while they worked.

They all claimed 24 hour service but all you got was an answering machine. Blue dot actually called back and their tech arrived at the time he indicated. Arrived at 10 pm and air was running in less than an hour. Ben was knowledgabe, friendly, polite and professional. Had a great experience with Blue Dot. Bought a Groupon for a 21 point cleaning service. The appt was scheduled at 8. Received a call from Blue Dot stating the technician would be running late because of dead battery in his van. Received another call from another technician a 1/2 hour later stating he would be there in 40 mins. Thomas L came on time and performed the service. And was very patient to my inquisitive questions. I have always had excellent service on my air conditioner and heating units. This may be the reason why they have lasted over 20 years. If and when I need to replace these systems, it will definitely be through Blue Dot. Kevin L. My heat pump failed Thursday and Kevin L. and Jason came out Friday to check it out. Kevin was able to determine what the problem was very quickly and gave me several options as well as the cost of each. I decided that since the heat pump was over 13 years old that I would replace it. Kevin called and had a sales rep call me and came out the same day to give me options. Kevin answered everyone of my question to my satisfaction. Kevin was very professional and very easy to work with. They were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Matt explained everything that they were going to do and laid down drop cloths over every were they were going to walk and wore blue shoe covers. Matt took the time to explain the system and how it functions and he answered all my questions.
