Carlos came out to the house in response to a service request. He arrived promptly and got right to work. He clearly is very knowledgeable and was swiftly able to make the diagnosis. He delivered the bad news gently and explained everything very thoroughly. I had such a good experience that I plan to request him as my service tech in future.

Bryant and Reynardo came out to do a complete install of outside and inside components of our HVAC system. They arrived on time and were pleasant and courteous. What I liked best is that they were quiet, focused and all about the job, didn't even take a lunch break. At the end of the job, they left everything very neat. Bryant provided an excellent, clear, organized and understandable explanation of the new system. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Zach S. came to service my cooling/heating system and suggested that I get a surge protector for my system, which I did. He cleaned the system thoroughly and told me that my filter was a little too heavy( thickness of the filter) and I should get a lighter weight one. I will now save some money on my filters and have less stress on my system. He took the time to explain all the pros and cons for his suggestions, which was appreciated.

Tony Bonazzi did the FREE inspection on my air conditioner which was installed in March of this year. The FREE inspection ended up costing me $46.00. He replaced my humidifier filter without asking my permission. I turned my humidifier off in May so it had only been used for two months.

Most times for a regular checkup, they pull everything apart and check for any problems. I asked to check outside unit for any mice- we have seen then nest in the unit before. Eugene spent most of the time on the phone- spent a lot of time downstairs to just change the filter. Outside it looks like he may have checked the unit for freon. Well I opened the unit after he left and sure enough there was a mouse nest right above the capacitor. This causes problems when moisture gets to the exposed circuit board and mice tend to nibble on the wires. I cleared it out myself. I was not happy with service- didn't look he did anything besides change the filter.

I am very happy with Blue Dot Services. Not only did I purchase my new AC system through them, but I also have selected this company to service my unit. I have recommended Blue Dot to several of my friends and coworkers due to their exemplary service. Today me unit was serviced by Thomas L. from Blue Dot Services. He called to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly to service my system. Thomas was very pleasant and thorough and very professional. It is clear to me that Thomas takes pride in his work. Richard H. Showed up and did what no one else could get done. I had been waiting Just about a month as techs came and went. Leaving me with the same answer, No ma'am I couldn't get your unit working. So FINALLY the company was apologetic and told me they were sending their (BEST)tech out. and that's just what they did. Richard walk in and was walking out in about 35 mins! It was so good to hear, Yes Ma'am your unit is working and you should be cooled off in a little while he then explained to me what the problem was and he told me to call if I had any other problems! He had even gone above and beyond the call of duty, by quickly recommending a solution to another handyman issue in the utility room, that I had for a long time, not knowing how to resolve. His idea was economical and saved me from having to deal with further complications down the road. I appreciated him for doing this. The team arrived at 8:30 and finished at 3:00. The estimator Dave S stopped by during the project. They were efficient, pleasant, used drop cloths to protect the carpeting during the replacement of my heating and cooling system. They cleaned up after they were done and it didn't even look like they were there. Taught me how to use the new thermometer and explained every thing that I needed to know. 5 stars

I had Mike W out at my house last week for a maintenance and he was very polite, friendly, and professional. My unit was low on charge so he told me to look into getting a leak check done. He came out bright and early this morning and thoroughly went over my unit. My kids were obviously interested in him and were asking him a million questions. Most people would have been annoyed but he kindly answered them all and was extremely nice to them which was very unexpected. I will be requesting Mike to come out for all of my HVAC needs.

I contacted Blue Dot on Wednesday and they were able to install a new HVAC system on the following day. It was a fair price but, most importantly, the installers (Jayson A. and Ryne J.) showed up as scheduled and were extremely clean and courteous. I would recommend Blue Dot... along with Jayson and Ryne... to anyone looking for a new HVAC system.

Quick and quality service. Very friendly when I initially called and needed someone to my house as soon as possible! They gave me a reasonable time estimate for a technician to arrive at my house and then called back in 30 minutes to tell me they were on the way. The technician, Dave Nash, was friendly and knowledgeable about fixing my AC unit. He explained everything he needed to do before he did it and explained the details of the bill. Very helpful!

Kendall R of Blue Dot took good care of us after we found water leaking from the bottom of our indoor unit at 6pm. We have the BGP policy, which provides us priority and no charge after hours servicing. Kendall asked pertinent questions, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Issue turned out to be clogged drainage line to water pump, which caused the pan overflow.

YOUR TECHNICIAN, TONY BONAZZI WAS AN INCREDIBLE TECH. HE FIXED SEVERAL PROBLEMS WE WERE HAVING WITH OUR TRANE A/C PERFECTLY, TO OUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION. HE WAS A FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE REPRESENTATIVE AND MADE US A CONVERT FROM BGE-HOME. BLUE DOT GAVE US AN APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DAY WE CALLED AND TONY SHOWED UP WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS FROM WHEN WE REQUESTED SERVICE. COMPLETE OPPOSITE FROM BGE-HOME. WHEN WE WOULD CONTACT THEM, IN DIRE NEED FOR SERVICE, WE WOULD ALWAYS GET THE IMPRESSION THAT IF WE DIDN'T HAVE A SERVICE AGREEMENT THAT THERE MIGHT COME A DAY WHEN THEY WOULD GRACE US WITH THEIR SERVICES. WHEN THEY FINALLY DID SHOW UP, IT WAS NOTHING BUT A COMPLETE DISASTER, FROM FALLING THROUGH THE CEILING TO FLOODING OUR ATTIC AND HAVING WATER RUN OUT OF OUR SMOKE DETECTORS. NEVER AGAIN. GOODBYE BGE-HOME, HELLO, BLUE DOT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLUE DOT TO ANYONE OUT THERE THAT MIGHT NEED HELP. BLUE DOT CAME TO OUR RESCUE AND, BELIEVE ME, WORD OF MOUTH MEANS A LOT. I am glad I did because from the 1st technician to the advisor and on to the Service Pro Kevin the service was exceptional. I wish I could tell you everything that made this visit soooo great but I think they have a character limit. Kevin was very friendly and went way beyond the job he was contracted for. He had 1-2 other people to come help him at different times throughout the long day and they were just as kind and knowledgeable. I had to leave before they were finished and my home looked as if no one had ever been there working all day. I would recommend Blue Dot for all heating, AC and water heater work.
