Blue Dot did a great job installing my new HVAC system. Installers we courteous, clean, worked efficiently, and answered all my questions. Even after a minor glitch with initial install, a field supervisor was back at my house shortly after my phone call. One of our carrier units stopped cooling. I called Blue Dot and they sent a technician named Mike W. I received what I'd consider to be 5 star service. One of my central AC units went up last week and Blue Dot was able to get me scheduled for replacement within 48 hours. The timing couldn't have been better as we were about to head into some of the warmest weather we have had yet this summer. Shawn and Kyle were my installation team. They did a great job of explaining everything they'd need to do, worked hard all day and had my air up and running later that afternoon as promised. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave any mess behind and were also just really nice, personable guys. Kendall R is a great technician! He came out to look at our unit after 2 other technicians weren't able to fix it. The 2nd technician told us we needed to wait a week to order a part. We called Blue Dot and Kendall R came out. We showed him the paperwork from the previous 2 technicians thinking that the information might help him. He didn't even look at the paper. He methodically checked every part in our air conditioner until he found the problem and then fixed it on the spot. Great technician with a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. We had same day excellent service when one of our heat pumps stopped working and we had no air conditioning in most of the house. Cory was prompt and efficient and very professional. I was very pleased with the service Richard H. provided from Blue Dot of Maryland. He was very courteous, professional and listened to what I had to say. He assessed what the problem was and although a has to be ordered for my air conditioning system; he gave me suggestions to help keep my home cool until the part come in and it can be installed. I had an issue with my cooling/heating system (temperature not adjusting). I called Home Depot to set an appointment for a technician visit to check system. Cory - the technician was sent to my home. He was very knowledgeable on his skill of hvac systems and used cover- ups before he came in my home.. very respectable. We got our new Carrier Infinity Green Speed installed today by Jason A & Ray E. These techs were AMAZING right from the moment they walked into my door. They were very respectful of my home, laying tarps throughout the entire house and wore shoe on top of the tarps they laid. They workmanship was so neat and pristine, i was literately blown away with the type of job they did. These guys took the time to go over every aspect of the unit with me. I overall had a great experience with Blue Dot after our renter's A/C failed during the heat of the summer. From the inspection and assessment, to the estimate, to the installation, they were professional, courteous and easy going. They put me at ease regarding the decisions and I felt that I was getting fair information and advice. The work was prompt and they helped ensure that our renter's were comfortable in the meantime. On the installation day, Kevin and Will were courteous, efficient, and helpful. They took extra time to explain the system and how it worked and walk me through helpful maintenance and trouble-shooting information. Jason and Ray were awesome: very friendly, helpful and competent. It was a pleasure to have them work on our AC/heating system. They were punctual, explained everything to me and cleaned up totally when finished. The company representative that sold us the system, Bill Sears, was also great to work with. he came to talk to us only hours after I contacted the company and inspired confidence in the company. Happy to report that your excellent record continues. I called Sunday knowing our unit was not working properly. The person on the phone quickly took my information and scheduled for a 8-12 for the next day. Matt arrived around 9 assessed the problem and presented me with the need for a major repair or a replacement AC unit. Within 2 hours Doug was there presenting the proposal and helping me reason through the options. No pressure, great information and easy to deal with. I decided to replace the unit and he quickly connected with people to finance with after again showing me several options. 10 minutes later the loan was approved and we scheduled for Thursday. I even had the option of the very next day because of a cancellation. Don and Dave arrived at the time promised and quickly got to work. They treated our home with care and worked very hard for 10 hours finishing the work and cleaning up as if no work had been done. Always good to know that Blue Dot can be counted on.
