We had air conditioner and furnace replaced. Out crew was very good. They were polite and efficient. You would never know anyone had done any work as everything was completely cleaned up and taken away. They explained everything that was done and how to use the new thermostat. Very good service.

Jorge and Erik were both very pleasant and professional. When they were done with the project, Jorge instructed me on how to operate the new system and thermostat and answered my questions. They cleaned everything up and all objects moved for the job were put back in their original places.

An easy and painless experience! Jorge did an excellent job explaining the work that needed to be done. He kept me appraised of the project's progress and did a great job going over all completed work. The other install technicians, including Erik, Joe, and Damon, worked well with each other and seemed to be on task during their entire time and around my house. I will definitely use BlueDot of Maryland for future heating and cooling needs.

My Spring service was excellent. I called and was scheduled for an appointment the same day. Mr. Peter Poleslay was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed. Don & Jeremy did our install and we were very satisfied not only with the work they did but also with the professional way they handled our situation. The instructions I was given on how to use the program were very clear. I felt confident that even I could program the thermostat after they left! Clean up was excellent and they were both very polite. I am sure anyone who has this team will be completely satisfied.

Jorge & Eric are the best team I have ever seen, works well together non-stop for almost 7 hours to get the job done. I am really impressed by their attitudes and professional to the customer. No clue about what their doing but Jorge explained to me in details and what should I do after it's done. I am definitely recommend both of them to my friends & family that they won't get disappointed and get your money's worth. If I ever needed Blue Dot again the first thing I would request for is Jorge/Eric. Thank you so much both of you, I will pray your supervisor will give you guys a good raise for hardworking men.

Dwayne with Blue Dot Services was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company and/or Dwayne to anyone. After learning what I know, I probably would not purchase the annual warranty or service package as there is not sufficient labor or effort from the services rendered to pay $*** annually. I have a heat hump and for the company to visit twice a year and "check-up" the system is a waste. Once annually would be sufficient for my home needs.

We have a new Heat/AC system installed Feb 22 by Blue Dot. It was cold so the AC unit was never tested but the heat worked fine. Yesterday (Mar 9) I tried the AC for the first time. The compressor would not come onjust the fan. I called Blue Dot late in the day and Mike ****** came out that evening. He said an incompatible thermostat had been installed and replaced it. Unit works fine now only the new thermostat has fewer bells & whistles (I think it may be a cheaper one.) Anyway, Mike did a great job and explained the problem to me.

Blue Dot and all of their employees are amazing! My heater went out late at night and they sent someone over within the hour to fix it. I ended up having to replace my furnace and entire HVAC system. They were out the next day to do so and credited me for the replacement parts on the old system they had replaced a week before. I would highly recommend Blue Dot to anyone!! They are an amazing company and genuinely care about their customers.

Jorge and his helper,Eric , came to my house right on schedule, always wore the booties, placed drop cloths where basement door led to furnace room and electrical closet. They installed the replacement A/C unit promptly, explained details to me, proper scheduled maintenance, etc. They were an outstanding duo well representing Blue Dot. Cleaned up everything they touched inside and outside.I have always had great experiences with Blue Dot technicians, salesmen, office staff, supervisors, etc. A first class business I am glad I have a professional relationship with. Adam B. came promptly after his phone call. He made certain his shoes were covered. He checked the heating systems inside and outside. He also answered several questions I had about the heating and cooling and confirmed an issue that I was having that may/or may not be related to the hot water heater. He demonstrated two procedures that would be helpful to me in the heating and air-conditioning season. We discussed the humidifier and ways to help with allergies using the on section of the fan. This is the second time he has worked in my home and I will request him again. (for your company: Adam was scheduled for the 8:00-8:30 time slot. He was rerouted by your company, but your company did not call to say there was a change. It might be helpful to your clients, if you have given a specific time to just call and say there is a delay of about^^^^^ time. THIS WAS NOT ANYTHING THAT ADAM DID OR DID'T DO. He goes where he is assigned. Just a thought for the future)
