Mike W.arrived in a timely manner and after listening to my version of my AC systems performance, began to review the systems performance. After a though examination of the unit, Mike then reviewed with me some of the possible circumstances which through time, may have resulted in my AC’s sub-standard performance as well as some of the available corrective options ranging from a simple replacement of parts to replacement of the entire air conditioning unit. I found Mike to be a very easy person to talk to and his ability to explain a complicated situation, was well received.

Under warrantee compressor was replaced by Blue Dot in February. When we used the AC for the first time in May it cooled for about one day. Service Tech who came out said he adjusted the thermostat and left. AC worked for another day and then just blew hot air but did not cool. Second service tech told us the compressor was failing. AC cooled for another day and then failed holiday weekend. Blue Dot sent out Richard H after 6pm so I would not need to miss another day of work. He diagnosed the problem as having too much refrigerant in the system when the compressor was installed. That was causing the system to overheat. He siphoned off some refrigerant and got the AC functioning again. Finally, cool air. Hopefully it will last and Blue Dot will only be coming out for the routine twice a year maintenance. Richard was professional and was able to explain the problem in a manner in which we could understand. We really appreciate his expertise and ability to get the system working.

After checking out wwhat the techs being a former hvac mechanic myself I have to say there work was over and above my expetations.They added or fixed things i thought wouldnt be part of the contract.I am very happy with the install and the techs were top of the line

Both of the service techs, Don & Will who installed a new air conditioner at my condo were great. They were punctual, professional and literally spent the entire day replacing my antiquated and broken unit. They cleaned up behind themselves and explained the new equipment to me before leaving. In light of their service, I would definitely recommend Blue Dot to family and friends.

Tony B was on time and very courteous. Tony's service was second to none!! I have the annual service policy on my Air Handler, Boiler and outside Air Conditioner. Tony serviced all three units including adding refrigerant to my Air Conditioning Unit. I hope Blue Dot sends Tony again in the fall!

Ramon and Tony installed new Carrier heat pump in our home. They were both very professional and their work was outstanding. They answered questions and advised us on issues relating to the install. They helped us make changes if necessary. I would recommend either individual too friends interested in work from BlueDot. All interactions with Bluedot have been efficient, timely, and competitive with other vendors.

Install Technician Kevin G. worked at my home a total of 4 days dismantling and old heating/cooling unit, and replacing it with a new one. He was very efficient and clearly explained everything that needed to be done to make sure I was getting the safest, most energy efficient system for my money. He was courteous and engaging and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Blue Dot and Kevin in particular to anyone who needs heating/cooling service work. 15 year old system needed major repairs. Still blew cold, but leaking coil would not provide cold air consistently. Decided on a replacement system. Comfort consultant Doug Troyer was at my house in 2 days (I was unavailable for a next day appointment) and he was extremely knowledgeable. Installation crew, Ray E., Joe S., Mike, and Adrian were great; a real professional team!

5 starThis is a review of the service call from Walter "Skip" F. He was able to find the refrigerant leak that the previous tech could not find. He also alerted me to two things to keep an eye on (one was the proximity of my dryer vent to the unit) and was very helpful, courteous and thorough. I am a little concerned that this is the third time I have had technicians clean up work that could be a result of the initial installation (1, system was empty within first 30 days, 2. minor cleanup of screws that pretty much cut my hands each time I changed the filter - even though that wasn't the purpose of the call, and 3. possible substandard braze that lead to the leak), but the repair techs have always been professional and stood behind the product. Outstanding job Skip! And Thank you!!

My air conditioner stopped working over Mother's Day weekend. I called Blue Dot on Sunday expecting to get an answering machine and hoping I could schedule something during the week. To my pleasant surprise, someone answered the phone and then told me a technician would be at my house between 2 - 8 pm. Peter Polesky arrived around 5:30 pm and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Peter was very pleasant and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what he did. I've been a Blue Dot customer for many years and am continually pleased by their customer service and the quality of their employees.

Dwayne T came onsite to do a Cooling Systems Check. During inspection, he noticed a TXV valve was not functioning as it should and the coil drain pan was cracked on a 3 year old Carrier furnace system. Both are covered under warranty and have been submitted to be replaced. While he was here, I opted for the 1 yr protection policy due to the state of my AC (Goodman), which he then spent over an hour disassembling, thoroughly cleaning and reassembling to make sure the coil was completely cleaned out. The Blue Dot Tech did a beautiful job today, just as they did when they installed the new furnace and evaporator coil 3 years ago... They make sure the job is done right with great attention to detail and you as the customer are completely satisfied.

First time using Blue Dot. Matt was super. Best service tech to ever visit my home. Very knowledgeable. Courteous. Friendly. Way superior to the service I was expecting in getting my A/C unit running strong(thought I was gonna be talked into replacing current unit that works just fine). Instead.....Matt knew what the issue was just from my description and concerns. Replaced only what "needed" to be replaced. And made sure that everything else was working properly. We had carbon monoxide high reading. The fire department suggested we retain Blue Dot to check all of our appliances. We have propane gas service to our furnace, hot water heater, .stove, dryer and fireplace. Matt thoroughly checked each appliance and the rest of the house with his meter. He even pulled the stove out from the wall with my permission and still found nothing. He then tried to recreate the conditions in the house at about the time the alarm went off. Still no luck, but what an effort. His concern and professional approach is exemplary and you should be proud to have him as an employee. I would recommend he and your company highly to my friends. Contacted Blue Dot on 5/11/15, Met with representative on 5/12/15, Technician was at my door, 8:30 a.m., 5/13/15. Had a new heat pump and air conditioning system by 8:00 p.m. that evening. My Air-conditioning system stopped working on 5/7/15. I contacted Blue Dot on 5/11/15. Their representative was at my house the following day to discuss my problem. It was decided that the 23 yr.old system need replacing. On 5/13/15, 8:30 a.m., technician, Kendall R. was at my door, ready to replace my heat pump and air conditioning system. I was very impressed with this polite and hard working young man. He took care, not to leave a mess by laying down tarps on my carpeting, and swept up after he finished the job. It was a very long day and he worked so hard the whole time he was here. Thank you Blue dot and Kendall R., for a great job.
