No proof of the alleged things I did was given and it seems no action was taken to return the money that I acquired at all. I really don't see you have doing much more than making a phone call which I Also did

The bbb is to quick to think issued are resolved and I feel they take the business response as being resolved. Not even close! The company response means nothing if the issue isn't actually resolved in the consumers eyes like mine. The company I complained about sent a nice response that looked good on paper but did nothing to resolve issue.

My complaint was not resolved. I have an advertising website displaying my name and likeness incorrectly- displaying my name incorrectly from what I use professionally and legally, and refusing to update my practice address after numerous emails back and forth. I still have patients missing appointments and going to my old office b/c of this and no resolution was resolved over something so ridiculous. Dangerous for patients and affecting my livelihood, as well as making patients angry b/c they had set aside time in their busy schedules for their appointments only to miss them b/c Healthgrades refuses to display my correct practice address. Very disappointed. BBB you should have been able to resolve this easily and that was not the case from my experience.

I was disappointed that the file was closed so quickly. It seems to me that BBB could be more aggressive. In my case the business has been improperly withholding $600 of my money for many months, and there is nothing I can do about it. At a minimum, BBB ought to lower the company's rating on you website.

I travel a lot and could not access the attached documents on my iPhone. When I got home and on the computer the 5 days had expired. The company did NOT provide the information from the manufacturer as requested and as stated. I feel this was not resolved to my satisfaction.

Process to report a complaint was excellent. The only exception was the fact BBB indicated that vendor answered in good faith which was certainly not the case.

My name is Rhonda Cairns and I am the complainant in the above matter. I received notice that the file has been closed. I am totally at a loss for words here - The last communication I had was to decide if I wanted arbitration in this matter, which I elected to do. What happened to that? Now I read a further response from Ms. Schoen of Mythic Tours that my "open account" with her will be resolved in my favor. There is no "open account" - those words are simply Ms. Schoen's most recent attempt to muddy the waters and cause confusion. Ms. Schoen spent monies for a trip on personal matters - this matter pertains to theft of funds. I would appreciate someone getting back to me as soon as possible as to why arbitration was offered, accepted and then the file was suddenly closed. Thank you. Rhonda Cairns 603-339-0077

I was trying to recover my money from Home Advisor, a web based contractor referral company. After a week of very unsatisfactory leads and charges, I called and cancelled my subscription. They promised a full refund of my money as well. After a month, I had not received the refund. The company refused to respond to my emails and customer service wouldn't give me a status over the phone. I again turned to the BBB and filed a complaint. Thanks to their help, a week later our money was finally refunded, still with no response from Home Advisor. Thank you for always doing such a great job!

I believe the process to file a complaint/concern was simple. It did feel like a long time went prior to getting an email. I was not contacted by Richmond Homes, who the complaint was against. Just received a letter stating work was done and they would not be providing any compensation for their materials error. The work they stated was NOT completed and it felt like a "canned" response. I was promised a call from Richmond and that did not happen. They were not honest about their findings to you, however, BBB did not follow up with me to validate.

Someone from Tuff Shed called me from phone # 713-896-8840 on April 24 ,2017 to set up a date to come out to take pictures of my building. Tuesday May 2,2017 Mr.Basillo Mayorga ,The Construction Manager came out and took pictures of the 3401 Hickory Creek Drive address..He said that he had no clue of what the company was going to do. I have not heard anything back from them .The Construction Manager said that he was going to set up a date for the 6931 Heron Drive address. I am still waiting for that call also.

I submitted my complaint but never received an update afterward other than an auto generated email from BBB that they received my online submission. I don't know if the company I had the conflict with was ever contacted or how they responded if they were.

Through the BBB, I was able to get a satisfactory settlement with a business that did not want to honor an insurance claim. The only problem is, although the settlement was acceptable, I have not been contacted for a refund of the money I paid out! So, it would be nice if the process continued until the settlement was actually settled.

Was thrilled with the work of the Denver BBB - and actually surprised at the very prompt, informed service I received. I had questions, so phoned BBB. The representative could not have been more helpful. AND BBB achieved resolution of my situation. Too often, a consumer is left at a dead end, with nowhere further to go with a vendor. BBB provided me that route. Thank you BBB; you were a blessing.

The BBB was great helping us solve our problem with Wesley Johns Construction and our "heated" floor his electrician installed incorrectly. This problem took quite, especially since Wesley Etchells retains a lawyer and we had to go through his lawyer until I contacted the BBB. Wesley's lawyer wrote up an agreement and Wesley and his lawyer fell through on it. The BBB worked as a mediator and tried to get us to an agreement, but Wesley would not meet us half-way. Sarah with the BBB was very patient and stayed with us as a mediator for as long as we wanted to keep working on a solution. I would highly recommend the BBB as a mediator. We now will most likely have to go to small claims, but she did what she could for both parties.

The company I complained about did not do the correction they told the BBB. The late fee was still on my bill and I have never been late. CenturyLink still has a billing issue. My fight continues.

You did respond on a decent amount of time. However I proved everything in my case, no what.. You wouldn't listen...made me feel I didn't matter. The accounts clearly have my name and address on it, yet you still made me feel it didn't matter. Then abruptly closed it and wouldn't try to resolve it

I never heard from anyone at BBB, only the emails from CenturyLink directly. I'm unsure if there was any correspondence at all between BBB and CenturyLink either. Your site simply acted as an email go between.

Situation with Oakwood Homes is still not resolved. Our shower has not been usable for 8 weeks now because of it leaking. Our wood floor will probably never be re-sanded after the improperly installed ice maker overflowed and our chipped granite counter top will probably never be repaired. We came to understand that trying to get Oakwood Homes to honor the supposed warranty issues was a hopeless case. Legal action against them now is our only alternative.

I was so excited to get my dispute completed with the help of BBB. I was hopeless to get my money back from Enterprise at that time and I was just trying to do anything I can. Three days after I submitted the complaint on BBB website, I got the refund from Enterprise although they didn't admit it was their fault. Anyways, I got what I wanted. That's enough! Thanks to BBB! It's so helpful!
