I wasn't really given a chance to respond to the response I got from Dish Network. The person I worked with there was very rude, and I do not feel that this should be the end of it. I feel that I should have a chance to address what I feel is a misunderstanding on Dish employee's part. She didn't understand my original complaint, and was very rude when I asked if we could possibly communicate through email. If she would hear me out, she might understand what I was trying to say, but it is clear from her response she misunderstood my complaint, and therefore decided she was right, I was wrong and decided that was the end of that. I feel that the BBB should give me a chance to tell my story without the limited word count. I wasn't able to explain my entire situation in that amount of words. This is not over for me, but I feel the BBB is just dropping me because she sent you a letter. I should have the opportunity to respond!

when you feel you have been wronged or that something is not right from a business or service, you need to make a complaint to let other know of the problem. They just might be having the same problem. No wrong can be righted if it is not know by others or someone who can right it.

I thought that this might be a useful effort to resolve an issue that requires people to really analyze a situation, but unfortunately, this did not happen. My complaint was discarded much like it was with the original company, without any HUMAN consideration.

The BBB helped me resolve an issue very quickly. They are consumer advocates. I'm so glad to have them intervene on my behalf. I probably would not have been refunded without their assistance. A big thank you to them!

This did not solve my problem and did not stop the customer service agents from hanging up on me, transferring my calls to random businesses, and telling me vastly different things. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have lost hundreds of dollars on “promotions” with this company and even more now that I’ve decided to leave the contract early. I’m not sure what service you offer if you can’t even stand up for the consumer in these circumstances.

Aside from forwarding messages between the disputing parties, no other involvement by your employee was ever evident to me, so rating the BBB involvement, in this dispute is a mute point.

I submitted a complaint and the BBB got back to me very quickly. I appreciate the follow ups regarding my issue. However the company still has not resolved my issue at this point therefore i do not consider it a closed and done deal. This was my first time ever filing a complaint against a company and I appreciate the BBB for expediting my issue with Zynex Medical. The BBB is a great place to start when you are trying to resolve an important matter.

I filed the complaint with the BBB and NEVER heard ANYTHING back from the BBB regarding my complaint. No one from the BBB had the courtesy to call or email me about my complaint or any progress made on the complaint. A complete waste of time to ever fill out the paperwork. Extremely disappointed in service.

Although no resolution I wish the issue would be posted in full for consumers to read. Contractor admitted they did not finish everything but still has a great rating. Goal was to let other consumers know what type of business they are dealin. With and help them avoid the issues either contractually or by using a different contractor without the issues

I did get back the amount of money that the service took from me. My problem with the outcome is that I was charged a fee that SlingTV did NOT cover and that was not my fault, because SlingTV took my payment earlier than they were supposed to. I'm still out that money. That was what I told the BBB I needed to happen that did not happen.

The business submitted a vague response. This response was acceptable to the BBB representative that handled my complaint without hesitation. The BBB needs agents who are non-biased advocates. Agents that will actually read and try to resolve consumer complaints. The BBB does NOT need agents who just take any old excuse from a business as my agent did. I am extremely disappointed and I have no idea how any consumer achieves any mediation through this process. My agent made submission of my complaint a complete waste of time.

I feel it is a travesty that BBB offers a resolution service when customers are taken advantage of by businesses. However in my case just because the business was contacted, but refused to respond, my complaint was never resolved. To simply state "oh gee the company failed to respond so BBB takes no further action" is pathetic. Maybe on the review of the company you list the number of unanswered and unresolved complaints but even so that still didn't resolve my issue with Photobucket.

The BBB is worthless as a tool for consumer protection. The offending party can simply not answer and the case is closed. Good to know who the BBB really supports!

There was no resolution without me having to pay an additional fee. The whole reason I asked for your help was because the company was price gouging and taking advantage of us in an emergency situation why would I pay more money??!!!

I had issues with a business (2-10 HBW) concerning their follow-up and delivery of warranty services within a reasonable time. I submitted a claim with the BBB and received a response from the business. While the response from the business was not satisfactory to me, I very much appreciated the BBB giving me a voice to express my issue as a customer so that others could learn from my experience. The communication and follow-up of the BBB was excellent!!!

I didn't get a chance to prove to the public that this company made a mistake. I was in the process of moving and didn't get to reply to the business. Now that I got a chance to sit down, you've closed my case. At least give me a notice that you'd closed the case.

This business already had an F rating before I filed my complaint so I didn't expect much from the BBB. The business owner has never responded to my countless requests via email and doesn't answer the business phone (not sure how she gets customers).

Within 3 days after I filed my complaint about crooked dishonest Century Link, I received a message from said company that my return box was on it's way, so that I could finally return the Prism TV device that I had been trying to return for MONTHS. There was a $150 charge from Century Link for this device, which I did not pay because I was told originally that no equipment needed to be returned. Then the story changed and they said I needed a return box, which they never shipped even though I spent lots of time and cell phone minutes on trying to get this box. They didn't ship it to me until the BBB contacted them. However, a few months later, the shysters still have not removed the $150 charge from my bill even though I have proof that they received their equipment!!! Time for another BBB complaint!

Honestly BBB did not do much. The reason why the complaint was filed with BBB was because of the lack of professionalism from Dish. Hard to get a response from them. BBB has not Checked with me if an agreement has been reached and if we are satisfied it. I received an email several days ago from BBB(carlos) telling me that he had not been able get a hold of Dish yet. I asked a question that was a big concern to me and he couldn't help either. Now, all I get is this email to do a survey. Nothing about problem being reaolved or not.. or if I was satisfied which I am not. Sorry... Not impressed with your service.

My case was assigned to Natasha and she was of no help whatsoever. She does not return emails and getting her on the phone is nearly impossible. I realize the BBB has no real teeth in getting any kind of settlement, but you would think they would actually do what they say they will do as far as contacting a company on your behalf. Denver is a large city and the BBB has a difficult task probably in a city this size, but I think Natasha and crew are a mostly self serving organization and I would think twice before getting them involved in anything business complaint related. I think the BBB is a has been and a feel good agency for the folks employed there. Companies today do not care about a BBB rating and the BBB itself, in my opinion, is hanging on by a thread in a society that no longer needs a weak consumer group that is useless in helping the public. Find other means of negotiations with reckless companies, perhaps social media can net some results. The BBB and Natasha can't.

Natasha never returned my phone call! I had additional text messages from the business showing support that the business was misleading. I called after the file was closed and spoke with a supervisor and he was very helpful with information

I feel the business in this case did not have to provide any proof of anything. The BBB rep stated as long as they provided a response, that was all that was required. I find that to be unfortunate.

The complaint was that the business has been unable/unwilling to fix our bathroom floor that they installed. This problem has been going on in excess of one year. You are noting that the problem is resolved and yet that business service has not come out at the agreed upon day (5-25-17 and 5-26-17), which is tomorrow and Friday. Before you say the complaint is resolved, lets make sure that they come out and do their work in a quality and timely manner. They have demonstrated in the past that they will make promises and then break them. I am leery of qualifying this complaint as resolved until it is actually resolved. Your process needs to have a human element to make certain that complaints are resolved and not just filling in the blanks and giving the appearance of trying to help.

BBB is the only entity that was able to get action regarding a dispute with Dish Network. Carlos followed up and responded appropriately when Dish tried to indicate that the problem had been resolved and it had not. I did receive my money back and appreciate Carolos' and the BBB's work.

I would recommend BBB to anyone who is mistreated by a business. We had a dispute with our previous apartment leasing office for sending a huge bill to collections and they refused to talk to us. BBB was able to negotiate a deal between us and resolved the disagreement. More than the deal, we were grateful that BBB made it possible for the leasing office to give our dissatisfaction an attention. Thank you! Thank You BBB for the great job you did and for following through the negotiation till the end!!
