The BBB here in Washington were more concerned than BBB Denver who did not seem to care & were always on the side of the lying Centurylink & Direct TV. All they needed to do was read the reviews which we should have done before we went with CenturyLink

The BBB was very helpful in helping me resolve my issue. I will use the BBB as a last resort. They are really good at resolving issues and serving as an advocate for consumers who feel they have been slighted or treated unfairly.

They were extremely helpful and very quick to get my issue resolved. I first reached out to the business to slovenly my issue, but they said no. When I reached out to the BBB they were super quick to get the issue resolved

The BBB was a tremendous help is resolving my problem. My personal phone calls, e-mail’s and letters went unanswered. Once the BBB got involved and contacted the companies there was an immediate response to my complaint.

Yea sorry I did not get what I wanted..my real estate, agent took my earnest cash I was saposte to get it back and I'm single dad of 3..girls..it would have came in good hands for Christmas... so stay away from Van Helsing Burg. .real estate agents.

I received a form email acknowledging having received my complaint on 12/20/16. No one contacted me again, there was no complaint process, no resolution, no communication. Extremely disappointed on the BBB. Still awaiting their response.

Doesn't do any good to file a complaint if there's not any real investigation into the practices of the business.

I was not satisfied with frontier airlines service they in the business of transporting people and not getting customers back to their destinations on the promise date and time, customers have lives too... frontier airlines knew how many customers were scheduled to return on the flight and they downsize the plane which cost me loss of income and frontier airlines do not care, frontier airlines want to wave a $200.00 voucher in your face and hope you take it and go on your way truly an unprofessional way of doing business!!!

No one has contacted me since I filed the report! This is the ONLY contact from the BBB I have received. Sort of hard to be happy when no one has taken the time to look into this issue. Funny that your now concerned as to how I think the process is going.

Through this process, I've learned BBB is not for the consumers.this company BBB is to represent citizens or customers, and they do not. BBB in this case AWFUL..this .BBB do not assist people ...only represented the business which was Century Link. BBB excepted the answer from CL, without assisting the customer. I received no communication from the company I complained about, I received no discount nothing from century link for disconnecting my services for a week. I have proof no outage was in my area as stated from company, which was false I am sure my disconnect iwas an accident, however BBB failed to assist an consumer. More could and should have been accomplished on BBB side. as an consumer I would not have wasted my time nor BBB time making a complaint for the hell of it. I was wronged by CL. And why do BBB asked consumers about their expected outcome? When they are not for the consumers /customers complaints or outcomes.

The Denver BBB communicated with me and resolved my issue to the best of their ability and I appreciate their efforts. They work for YOU and that is helpful and satisfying to know that you can always turn to the BBB. I have had great experience with the BBB in the past with a disappointing dental company and received the refund I was owed. Thanks so much!

The business never responded. I never receiv d my photos. And the company has complaints on there Facebook page. This is criminal as they take your money with production. Honor system on our part. Theif on there's ! Scammers JD

My complaint wasn't even heard. The company simply said "no" to resolution after cheating me out of money and BBB did NOTHING to resolve this. The experience was horrendous.

You guys did nothing for me, and I doubt you even read my complaint all the way through. You said there was nothing you could do. When a restaurant has the price on the menu of what they serve and charge you a higher price when they ring you up should be FRAUD! They did this to on two different things we ordered. I caught it and spoke to the manager who would not adjust a thing on our ticket. So I wrote to you. You people at the BBB, think this is perfectly OK practice. That is total BS. The whole menu is probably like that and customers are getting ripped off on a daily basis.

While the BBB team was very courteous and responsive (delightfully so!), I did not realize that as long as a vendor responds timely, the case will be closed in the vendor's favor, regardless of any actions taken. I had hoped that the vendor would actually have to meet its contractual commitment, and if it did not that it would receive a negative rating. Now, I understand that a positive BBB rating only implies that the vendor answers queries from the BBB timely, and that it is not indicative of vendors meeting contractual obligations. I actually no longer intend to use the BBB as a data point in considering whether to work with a vendor or not.

I never heard from anyone from BBB. Finally got it resolved on my own for almost nothing. But that does not let others know about the problem of letting them put your furniture in storage then move it out. That is where the problem was.

Didn't feel like the BBB was an advocate for me in any way shape or form. The business I'm dealing with has defrauded thousands of people, dosent keep its promises and takes advantage of poor service in the form of cancellation fees. BBB neither acknowledged that nor did they push for a resolution. Very disappointed

Great. BBB helped me get resolution from a web host takeover by Endurance International Group (EIG), who buys out good working web hosts and makes them more profitable, but gives its customer base very poor service or no service at all. EIG refused to let me discontinue my service!... until I had BBB step in. Thanks!

Even though I had documentation of inaccurate information from the business I filed a complaint against, the business wouldn't acknowledge it or worry about timely response. If not for a third-party(BBB) acting as go between nothing would have ever been resolved, and an incorrect and unjust bill would linger on my credit report.

Like most reviews the BBB is only as good as the people that use it. I think it's not really useful, once a company has a good rating. In all my dealings with the BBB it seems their goal is to protect the business.

I have left numerous messages with: Natasha Liebsock | Dispute Resolution Denver/Boulder And she still has not returned my phones calls. Responses were either slow or non-existent. You can't even get simple questions answered in a timely manner.
