They really know what they are doing. The BBB really got the attention of the company and I couldn't get them to stop calling me to apologize and trying to did the issue. I'm so glad there's a way to resolve a conflict with a company like this out else who knows if management would have ever known what was happening. Thanks.

Carlos Sanchez conducted a half-hearted, poor job with my complaint. He accepted all of "Dish Networks" lies especially favoring Dish Networks Employee "Ana Vigil"'s lies merely because she framed the lies with "intelligent sounding words, phrases and paragraphs". Carlos never realized that if Dish Network was telling the truth, then why was I NOT a customer. After all, my complaint was about Dish being prejudice and kept me from being a customer. Carlos accepted Dish's responses because he "took the easy route" and closed the case. Carlos never asked Dish why they would not allow me to become a customer without owning a credit card.

BBB Denver-Boulder did an outstanding job about my case even though I probably would not get back the money that I lost because Western Union's incompetence. BBB was very thorough, efficient and kind. BBB made sure the consuming public is apprise of companies like Western Union who cannot be trusted in their business dealings with the public. They should not be patronized - they should go out of business soonest so less customers would not be cheated.

I love the BBB but it seems like you guys can't do anything. Companies are really taking advantage of consumers and we need fair ways to hold them accountable. I don't want to fault BBB but why exist, if all you do is take and record complaints? When are bad companies who are caught red-handed going to suffer consequences?

To be honest, this is the first time I've heard from the bbb at all. I resolved the dispute myself with no outside help, which was good because none was apparently forthcoming. I never was contacted one time by the bbb, making me realize what a complete joke of an organization they are.

This was the first time I reached out to the BBB to help me solve a dispute with a business. Adam C. communicated with me in a timely fashion, and I was able to be put in contact with a representative from the business at a higher level than I had been able to achieve on my own. This was key to a fair resoluation. I only wish I had asked the BBB to assist me much sooner!

In dealership clearly lied about me contacting them and the mileage the car is under 200,000 Miles and still is. The warranty offered was for a straight $700 no payments or nothing. My car cut off several times, on the highway and pulling into their lot. They worked together to lie and cover up their lies when I had people with me each time.

Centurylink fixed my problem in a timely manner after I lodged my complaint with BBB. They apologized and offered a generous discount for my inconvenience.

I submitted the complaint, the business responded, and nothing was resolved. The business will continue to get away with unethical behavior because there are no repercussions.

Thank you for your help. I agreed to let Mr Duran keep 25% of what I paid him for doing nothing but have not seen or heard from him. If that money is kept in escrow until work is done I don't understand what his problem is in returning all but 25% of my money. If you could please ask him I would appreciate it. I had a dispute with Century Link over charging me. This went on for 3 months. Numerous phone calls did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I contacted the Better Business Bureau. I just received my bill and it had been credited the disputed amount. I know this wouldn't have been resolved without their help. Thank you!!

The BBB was not helpful in working with us to find any resolution with the business. The BBB gives this business an A+ rating which is dangerous, misleading and not true represenation of this company. Our insurance money was taken and not returned nor was work competed by this company. That is fraud. They have lied about their work and I have shown actual pictures that display their lies. we should not have our money stolen because a company lies and claims to have done work. The BBB should be embarrassed and ashamed that they are misrepresenting and misleading folks to believe that they are going to get A+ work with this business. Its false representation. Try looking at Angles List and see what they have done to other customers. Look at Yelp and see more. I will never trust the BBB rating for any business. My case was closed by your representative Carlos Sanchez who refused to acknowledge the truth of the matter and decided unfairly that the matter was handled by the company. He believed their lies to be truth and would not recognize the documentation proving the deception and lies of Expert Exteroirs. Terrible experience with both the BBB and Expert Exteriors. In over 50+ years I have never filed a complaint and in my first experience ever its been the absolute worst ever. I have no faith in good business practices being monitored by the BBB. I feel that their rating is bought not earned. The BBB had no regard for my loss and the reason I selected this particular company was the fact that the BBB gave them an A+ rating. I trusted the BBB and the BBB completely and totally let me down by not caring, nor protecting the customer. I was not aware that unethical business practices were condoned by the BBB. Now I unfortunately know the truth and its so very very disappointing!

Worthless. The BBB rep made NO attempt to read any of the documentation I presented. Just sat there and pushed a button. I hope your office gets disbanded.

my complaint with denver marble concepts (dmc) did not go well. dmc did not give accurate information. The defects from the manufacturing process were the obvious cause of the cracking in the bowl (NOT OVER TIGHTENING). thats a bs excuse jeff. you never even checked that. I have documented proof of this in picture form. also i had contacted dmc about this long before the warranty was through. ( they conveniently have no record of this) I was given excuses and the run around for months and months before jeff would even come out to look at the problem. furthermore as they stated a big box store would not have warranty that ( actually they probably wood)... I did not chose to use a big box store. i chose dmc because jeff told me that his product was better & would last longer ( didnt even make it 5 years and cost me $700)...which not i have to replace. i never would have gussed they would have treated me this way, or i would have made a much bigger issue of it when it first came up!... I am disappointed that the bbb could not or will not do more here... dmc does not deserve a A+ rating thats for sure!!!... it is plane to see that all you have to do with a complaint from the bbb is respond to the e mail with bs excuses, lies stated nicely... Thats all i seam to get from denver marble concepts... my experience all around has been a poor one... On top of that I am still out of pocket to replace a expensive counter top and bowl that should have lasted a life time. at least my life time... Who really speaks for those of us that have been taken advantage of?

Carlos did an excellent job resolving my issue with Delta Dental. I had been working with Delta Dental since August of last year without any progress. They refused to assist me, but Carlos and BBB stepped in and resolved the issue quickly.

BBB helped me receive a refund from the Dish Network for equipment charges. The Dish Network charged me monthly and equipment fees for the Hopper when I only had one television set. The Dish Network acted in bad faith covenant towards me and the BBB valued my story as a customer. I would highly recommend BBB. This is my second triumphant over unethical businesses.

I am very happy with the results of the BBB. It was quick and painless. The BBB was thorough and allowed each side to voice their grievances. It was worth it to get justice for the untimely death of our most beloved dog Rocky.

I came to them with a legitimate problem with a business, and they helped me resolve it. I got what I wanted, and rightfully deserved. If you get ahold of the wrong person on the phone, don't let it frustrate you, keep going up the chain of command. If that doesn't work, contact the BBB. They got me in touch with the right people. Problem solved! Be patient, these things take time.

My first advice to anyone having a problem with a company would be to contact the BBB. They are quick to respond and follow up. They are courteous and sympathetic to your situation. I've used the BBB more then once with great satisfaction

The issue remains unresolved. Richmond America just kept sending the same response back to my complaint and I don't BBB could do/did anything to get the issue resolved.

The large company has repeatedly committed the same offense. In the end they pass the buck (even though its their own vendor that continues to litter my property). They get let off the hook with a promise (that has repeatedly been a lie) that they won't do it again. The BBB is a paper tiger without any backbone to pressure the offending companies. The companies should be black listed and government agencies should be notified of patterns of bad behavior so legal action can be taken against them. The companies know the BBB has turned into a joke, so they just lie in their responses and the BBB accepts it as truth. It was a complete waste of time.

Didn't resolve anything with my complaint. When I have used other region of bbb, they helped a lot and didn't let the company off the hook so easily. I was lied to amongst other things and bbb did nothing.. I had to further it by complaining to the fcc.. Companies should not be allowed to lied and use deceit. At minimum their rating should have been dropped for not resolving the issue.

I had a bad experience that involved both Century Link and DirecTV because I was "bundled". My calls to both companies between 11/9/16 and 3/9/17 are too numerous to count. Although Century Link did provide some reimbursement after learning that my account had been bundled with someone else's, they still claimed I owed more. I made my initial complaint about Century Link since that is where i was sending my payments. As a result of my complaint I received an answer from Century Link that clearly explained, for the first time, the reason for the additional overcharge. I them made a BBB complaint to DirecTV (Atlanta) which was researched and answered immediately. It was discovered I was being charged for 5 receivers when I have 1! I have received a credit for the overcharge. This was a satisfactory outcome although it is sad that the issue could not be settled without need for BBB. I have never made a BBB complaint before but am so glad of their service! The customer service I received from Century Link and DirecTV was the worst I have ever experienced.
