The BBB has been able to help me resolve a few situations. They resolutions have not always been in my favor but they provided me a platform where I was able to voice my own opinion. This last issue I had, they were able to assist me in reaching a very soluble resolution. Thanks Cyndel B. Was a little confused after filing a complaint with the BBB about what was being done behind the scenes. A business I had worked for that failed to pay me is a member of the BBB. I got the BBB involved and filed a complaint about that company. Natasha worked her magic. The company has since paid the invoice for my services rendered. I don't believe this particular company would have paid me had I not filed with the BBB. Thanks Natasha! Great work.

Adam did a great job! I've been dealing with the company I filed the complaint with for 3 years over an issue, getting conflicting responses from different employees, and he had a response within 2 days. Highly recommend.

How can a business keep a good rating when multiple complaints from consumers with similar problems. I received a response concerning a different customer with addressing a concern with the same response I was receiving from the company, yet the company is allowed to keep their good rating.

BBB was easy to work with, how ever Century Link is not willing to fix a problem they know is present. They still charge the same amount, even though there service is awful.

I have filed a complaint against Courtney Holbrook, lack of consideration. I called BBB and left her a message, in turn she closed my complaint without addressing my call. That's rude and very unprofessional. I hope she doesn't do this to someone else. I hope I don't have to use this service again it is not what it appears to be.

I've gotten good results from contacting BBB in the past. This time the accused company didn't respond which isn't BBB's fault. I would like it posted though that Rocky Mtn. health lies about it's network of Dr.'s and and doesn't pay on claims that should be covered.

Nothing was resolved and I feel the issue was never adequately addressed. My BBB complaint had no effect on a company who sent a bogus, unprofessional, and potentially threatening contractor (he literally had no idea how to fix the oven) to a persons house.

I was having trouble with one of the satellite internet providers. I had called a number of times and had sent a number of e-mails, without any success. I couldn't get anyone to listen to me, we just kept going round and round getting no where. Within 24 hours of the time I notified BBB, of my problem it was resolved. The company took the time to study my situation and realized I wasn't some kind of nut case just trying to cause trouble. I am so thankful to BBB.

Let the company off too easily. Their response was too easily deemed reasonable and that ended the conversation. I wanted a little more nudging as I felt a solution was close.

Unfortunately they were unable to help with my specific situation, however, they did provide me with the name and contact information of another agency that would be better able to help me. I am in the process of contacting that other agency so as far as the reference goes I cannot comment on that. I would recommend trying the BBB for any issues that one may run into. Typically they are a good resource for settling problems that otherwise may not be done.

I wish the BBB could do more to go after bad companies--BBB's ratings should have a higher stature and mean something. That way, companies would think twice before screwing people over.

I am still being contacted by the Jeti Group after repeatedly contacting the business and then getting the Denver BBB involved I thought it would stop. It has not stopped. Last night I received another email, the same one I have been getting . I really need the BBB to get involved again. What this company is doing is against the law as well as unprofessional and a complete annoyance

I was completely happy with the process, it was easy to navigate and understand. It allowed me to air my problem and I did get mt money back. I was surprised because the reviews and complaints on the web about this company and the unwillingness for this company to solve other complaints just like mine, I was sure I would of got a lot more runaround. The company managed to finish and provide an excellent resolution for my issue. The business(apt complex) tried charging me for something I didn't use and damaged my credit report. BBB made them go away and fixed my credit score, I can't thank you enough.

I attempted to cancel my DISH network service after only 3 days, and they told me there was no grace period for their 2-year contract, and that I would have to pay $480 if I wanted to cancel. So, I filed a complaint with the BBB, and within 1 week I was contacted by a senior manager at Dish network who agreed to terminate my contract for $99. The manager specifically mentioned the BBB complaint by name, so I know that was the reason for their change of heart. I am very grateful...keep up the good work!

There were several submissions to the BBB, the original and disputes, and several responses from the company I had a complaint with. BBB responded quickly to my original complaint and also forwarded me the responses sent by the company. They handled all my disputes in a timely and professional manner. Ultimately, the company continued to ignore the facts of my complaint, so it was left unresolved. But, BBB did everything they could in relating my complaints and sending me the responses. I was very pleased with the way they tried to help me.

The fact that the BBB allowed Richmond Homes to lie to them and not hold Richmond Homes accountable does not give me any confidence at all in the complaint resolution process. I have emails and text messages that substantiate the lies made to the BBB. My rear entry door still doesn't operate properly even after the most recent fix. It looks terrible and I don't believe it is secured properly to the door frame. I keep getting blown off by Richmond Homes on replacing the door as requested in spite of the damage they did to it in attempting to repair it.
