I believe that Natasha Liebsock from the BBB in Denver Colorado did a great job in contacting Memolink to get my reward that I had tried many times to get from them. Today I received a check. ($5.00 short of what I should have gotten) But at least I have most of my reward money that I was unable to contact Memolink for. Thank you so much Natasha Liebsock!

About a week or so i recieved a call from dish & things were worked out very quickly. The man that called me said he was goin 2 continue 2 investigate all those i contacted 2 resolve my issue back n March. Thank u so much 4 all u did 2 help. I was & still am very impressed.

Never heard back from the BBB. Finally got a call from an "Isaiah I.D. CSU120598 at Frontier Airlines who lied to me about sending 5 contacts to my e-mail address. That never happened. He apologized, but said they would not refund my money. So bottom line: nothing was resolved to my satisfaction. I'm still out $70. E.C.

This is an awesome service with outstanding people to listen, process, and help. Carlos resolved what seemed to me as a deadline and he did it with efficiency and rapid actions. I could have never moved forward without the help I received. Thank you all so much.

Yea... one complaint toBBB And they fixed my problem with Home Advisor that was trying to screw me. My Problem was gone in a month!! No hassle..., no calls...just a note saying they got my back and they were on it. Thank You so much!

The company responded and I was never informed and they lied saying they tried to help me when they didn't, I never heard from them. The BBB didn't even ask me, they just assumed the company contacted me

I was scammed and there wasn't a thing B BB could do about it. Century Link stole our money from a hard working family. We can't believe they can get away with this. Why have you here if you can't help us out. Century link is a scam and this while.process was a waste of our time. Very sad. We do wish to take legal action but count our losses. Very unfortunate

Great! They helped me resolve my issue and saved me from hundreds of dollars of fraudulent charges. I don't know what I would have done without them or the Colorado Attorney Generals office.

The response process is broken. I have never been made aware of a response on this round and the first response only got addressed when I submitted this survey. I checked my spam email but never got a reply.

It is probably my fault, but I believed that the BBB helped customers to "resolve" their conflicts with businesses, and not merely to forward or communications back and forth. The business has been at least unreasonable, if not fraudulent, but filing my complaint with the BBB has been, by and large, a waste of my time and effort.

Your form letters showed that you really just go through the motions and your grading system is very flawed. Businesses have learned just the right things to say to appease you without any consequences imposed.

I was faced with the prospect of having to pay a huge cancellation fee to a security company for a early contract termination. After having little success with negotiating with this company, I contacted the BBB. They were prompt in their reply to me, and to the company, they kept me abreast of their communication(s) with the company, and the final result is; that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction, and it was no doubt this resolution was the result of the Better Business Bureau's assistance.

I continue to wait on a response. Then I get a disconnect notice from the phone company. I re-read the emails from BBB and it looks like the BBB decided the company had made a good faith effort to solve the problem on the very first email they mailed me.

Complaint ID 12166994 did absolutely nothing. The company responded that they had not received an account number and BBB stated "no action needs to be taken, account closed". I was not even given a chance to respond with the information. BBB is a joke!

Company has Not resolved my complaint.They said that they would provide labor if I would buy the parts.No communication from them in over a month. Please no not close out my case until they repair or replace my Tuff Shed Unit. This is a horrible company. No customer service skills. They lie about following up what they promise to do.

The problem was not resolved and I am still receiving statements from the company, even though BBB said that the business acted in good faith. If anything, it needs to be made clear that Rise Broadband is not a reputable respectable company and that if they can't even spell their customers names right they definitely can't get a bill right. It was a long shot to use a 3rd party to resolve this issue but at least BBB tried.
