Due to the fact that my computers, both are still broke and the new one still in the repair shop. I don't know, I feel that the Ethernet problem that Century Link was having was the problem. Also, when you don't have a computer to respond within the number of days that BBB states, it makes it rather hard to respond.

You didn't even try to help me, the consumer. Century link is blatantly scamming people and you do nothing about it. What is the purpose of the BBB if you don't even get involved, you just passed along the complaint. Nothing was resolved, Century link again did not honor their word and change my monthly rate or give me a credit like they said they would in the complaint resolution offer.

After five months of dispute, my credit card company told me that they can not help me with my billing dispute claim with a vendor. Then I went to BBB. They helped me solve the issue within a week. Amazing!

My recent experience in resolving a complaint against a satellite business was a good experience, as a result of the help I received from the Better Business Bureau. The BBB serves as an intermediary between the consumer and the business. I was pleased with the results.

My complaint is that Sling tv took 19.98 from my checking account. No one ever contacted me from BBB Denver and they removed another 19.98. So no I am not satisfied with BlingTV nor the BBB. Here is Bling's response to the conflict: "Has your issue been resolved?" with absolutely no response nor address nor person available. In my opinion, they should not be allowed to operate business, they have now cost me $39.98

After several attempts to resolve the issue directly with a company failed I tried the Better Business Bureau and they quickly got the problem resolved.

I was very pleased with the BBB. They made sure my problem with inversion credit was resolved. I left my complaint in 2o15. The business just finally responded a few days ago. I had to reject their offer twice. The third time they agreed to refund me 100%. Thank you BBB for holding these companies responsible for their actions.

I fought and fought with CenturyLink for months, with no resolution. Out of desperation and utter frustration, I filed a report with the BBB, not figuring anything would be done. It was just nice to "vent" to someone other than the unresponsive people at CenturyLink. Low and behold, within a few weeks, CenturyLink addressed my concerns, credited my account for the monies owed, and are finally providing me with the service and pricing I had originally agreed to. Thank you BBB for helping resolve what I thought was a hopeless situation.

I am so thankful for the BBB. It never fails, when I call a vendor to ask about a charge, they give 20 reasons for not giving me back my money. The vendors always lie to the BBB. But when the BBB contacts them, then usually withing 4-5 days the company has issued credit. One time the vendor issued credit, and then the following month, charged my credit card again. I had no choice but to cancel my Credit Card, and report it as lost. Which is burdensome, as then I had to call the phone service and other people who are on automatic billing. But I have learned my lesson, NO MORE FREE TRIALS. The BBB is the Best!!!

Before going through this complaint process I would have said a 9 or 10. I chose Zio Roofing in large part because of an A+ rating. After the nightmare I've gone through with this company, I've come to realize having an A+ rating doesn't hold much weight. I will not trust BBB ratings moving forward, especially after nothing changed. It was mostly a waste of time. My only hope is that others will see my complaint with Zio and think twice and not hire them. I know several others whom are still having issues with their roofs also leaking with no return calls. Hopefully thet too will go through the dispute process and with a pattern being established, BBB will realize the extend of damage this company is leaving behind, making zero attempt to return any phone calls or finish the job. If nothing else, again, hopefully a pattern is being established that will lead to an accurate rating. This is not an A+ rated company who leaves roofs unfinished, leaking, fails to call back, and fails inspections. The fact that the A+ rating has not changed yet is unconscionable to me. I lost a tremendous amount of faith in the BBB going through this process. I will not recommend BBB moving forward until I see a change with Zio Roofing's rating. Thank you, Jannee Joy

It took the company 30 days to respond to my complaint. I was never notified that the company responded and missed the 5 day window to provide a response with important information that the company overlooked.

The process is weighted to favor the business. The business receives 2 weeks for a response and the person receives 5 (I think) calendar days to respond. I kept receiving my response on Thursday evenings, so my response was due on Tuesdays. The system did get the my complaint to a higher level within the business, but they just did the same thing. I did appreciate that the BBB gave alternatives within the government to whom I can turn to because of the way that the business operates.

1.Natasha did not post a response submitted 4/3 as requested. 2. This survey was addressed to me in an unprofessional manner. Normal business practice is there is Mr.,Ms. etc. used when a person is addressed by their last name. This was a poor representation of t the Better Business Bureau!

My issue was resolved with Lowe's before BBB intervention, but the BBB did respond promptly to my complaint. I had a little trouble with the website when I first entered my information. I had to do it a second time.

Carlos did not conduct this complaint fairly. He allowed Dish Network to fabricate scenarios and out right lie. Carlos set the "BAR" very low for Dish Network. All they had to do was respond and he sided with them. I had the evidence to contradict the lies that Ana Vigil, from Dish Network, submitted and Carlos did not grant me the opportunity.He took the easy, lazy way out and closed the case.

I'm not sure what BBB/Adam did, but my problem has been resolved. I called RISE late one night when they were not so busy, and the person I talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful, digging into what happened, and ultimately restoring my original telephone number. Thanks.

Have you asked yourself the point of BBB. Lets take a step back and think of Google Review when searching for a business. The reviews there are more likely to be notice before anyone thinks of BBB to know about a firm. It was very lame to see someone is sitting and deciding when to close or what to say when a dispute is not even half way discussed.

Natasha is professional and courteous. Only downside at times, was the lack of response time to inquiries for feedback from her to understand what the next step would be. It was a difficult case.
