Jerry came out to our house on Saturday morning to check out our ducts to see if they need to be cleaned as we have recently moved in. He explained everything he was looking for and what he was seeing in detail and gave us a bunch of other helpful hints to improve the air quality in our home. In the end, Jerry said we did not need to have the ducts cleaned which I appreciated as a lot of companies will just perform a service to take a check from you. Been with Bello for years. I had Clayton today for 6 month maintainence. He was right on time. He introduced himself and did necessary work. He came in and explained all that he did. I'm always comfortable with the repairmen they send out, but was very pleased with Clayton as it was his first time here. Called about 4:30pm after severe storm knocked out central AC. Unit was running by 6:15pm,. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and responsive. Most impressed with Jim F who is the person that got my unit running again. When your AC goes out on a hot humid summer evening, nice to know there is a company like Beloman with employees that exhibit a high degree of professionalism and competance. John came to company and quickly assessed our needs. Turned out we had two separate issues with multiple ACU's (one had a completely different issue than the rest). He replaced a part for one and diagnosed and repaired the rest. At each point he explained what he was doing and why, in common terms. Once fixed, he showed a picture of my ACU's, showing they needed cleaned. He asked if I wanted him to clean them, and then explained how to (and how not to) do it ourselves when I declined. I want to weight in here, too, to let everyone know abut the great service I've received from Bel-O over the years. But, especially, recently, when Clayton Richter came out to my home and fixed my AC. He was nothing but courteous and helpful and he fixed the problem without delay. His recommendations will save me money over the long term. He's a great representative for Beloman!

Kudos to Jim F. on the fantastic HVAC service he has provided for us for a number of years. We're moving and are thankful we will be able to continue with Jim as our service provider. Jim has always been professional, efficient and thorough and carried his expertise to our future residence this morning when he inspected the HVAC equipment.
And, last but not least, thank you Ken for the plumbing issues you resolved for us last week when we needed service quickly.

I bought a Carrier heat pump and furnace (love it) from Beloman about five years ago. Ever since I have had an annual maintenance contract with Beloman which includes two semiannual system checkups and fixing anything that needs fixing to keep my system running trouble free. I am very pleased with the service I received from Bel-O. Jerry was very kind to put up with the interruptions that occurred during his visit. He just kept doing his bid work without me until I was free. Ken P. and Andy were wonderful during the installation. I hardly even saw them. They just worked quietly and efficiently all day. Very satisfied with the hvac and pest control services provided by Beloman. The only thing I would change would be their billing procedures for their service contract. Val & Colby came to do a major plumbing job, replacing an array of cracked and leaking outflow pipes, a leaking drain and an ancient sump pump, as well as snaking out a clogged sump line. Some of these problems became apparent only in the course of the work. The finished job looks great, everything works, and they left a clean basement work area behind. Bel-O came through in our time of need. Our a/c quit so we called them for help. We've used them for other heating and air system problems before and have always had good experiences. This time was no different. They were swamped with service calls all day so they had to help us after hours. They sent John, who was excellent. He was pleasant and professional, and he helped us not just by fixing the problem (thankfully just a blown capacitor and not a whole new unit), but also gave some friendly advice on how to make our home more comfortable by changing how we use our thermostat and manage the return air in the basement.
He could've said the unit was shot and I wouldn't have known any better. How often do you find kind, quality, HONEST service these days? I'll keep calling Bel-O for our HVAC service needs, and to replace my a/c unit when it does finally quit. John K. 06/28/16 |
