Van and Gage came to our home to replace some old copper gas lines and these two were very professional and did a great job! They worked well together and got the job done in one day. Our air conditioner stopped producing cold air in the early afternoon in 100 degree temperature. The staff clearly explained the charges for emergency service and next day service. We wanted emergency, and Josh came that day. He really knew what he was doing. He was able to fix it with a part on hand. We were so happy we didn't have to spend the night somewhere else. I want to give an excellent recommendation for Gage M. who came out to service my mom and dad's AC unit at 1255 State St. Rd. in Belleville. Gage was a very personable young man and after checking out the AC unit he told me that the capacitor was wearing out and recommended replacing it because it could fail and any time. Great service provided on a Friday evening. The first really hot day of summer and our air went out. Nick came out at 8:30 after a 6:00pm call.
He and the team were able to find the part we needed and come back Saturday by 12:30 to get us up and cooling down. In addition he assisted me in setting up a semi-annual plan to save us for the future.
Update - I had Belo out again on 7/15 to do the Summer maintenance check and system check for the air conditioner. Dustin was very kind and full of information for me.
