We bought our new HVAC system from Bel-O several years ago, Mr. Jerry Harrington being the sale representative. Jerry was a blast to work with and worked out a great deal - especially to take advantage of the rebates and bonuses from the Act on Energy initiative in Illinois. Since then, we've maintained our service contract with Bel-O and have not been disappointed. This latest service event, conducted by Clayton for our A/C checkup, is indicative of the great service we get from Bel-O. Clayton explained everything he needed to do and provided updates as he progressed. He was professional, courteous and presented an excellent customer attitude for taking care of our system to the best of his ability. In fact, every Bel-O representative we've interacted with has been the example of outstanding customer care. A note of great appreciation for Mark Gass at Bel-o,
I started work at Althoff 3 years ago this coming August. I had experience in residential maintenance but had never worked on such a large building before. I was painfully unfamiliar with many of the systems and I would have never been hired as director of maintenance if it weren’t for the other skills on my resume. Principle Harris told me there would be a learning curve and if I needed help I should just call Mark Gass at Bel-o he’s the best. So I did and since that first call I have come to rely on, trust and admire Mark. He is amazing!!! There is nothing he can’t fix. His level of knowledge and skill is more than impressive. He has gone so fall above and beyond the call of duty helping me to understand how this building works and learn what I needed to know that I will never be able to repay him. Mark is a really great guy, kind hearted, gifted and fun to work with. Mark is fast, and efficient, honest, considerate, punctual and reliable. He always does what he says he is going to do when he says he will do it and acts in our best interest, “that is ethics & characterâ€. He makes me want to intentionally break something just to have an excuse to call him for help. He makes hard work look easy and NEVER complains! I have learned so much from Mark and that has given me the confidence and knowledge I needed to manage this building. It gives me a great sense of security knowing he is just a phone call away. Bel-o has always done great work for us but it is because of people like Mark that I will be a loyal customers for life. I get companies calling me all the time to try and get our business but I tell them I’m not interested because I have everything I need thanks to Mark. I owe him! Thank You Mark!!! You have become a true friend and I/we appreciate all you do and all you have done for us more than you will ever know.

I have been with BELOMAN for two years now. A no nonsense company that provides top quality service. Never told I had to replace parts unless necessary----never over-charged me for the service and is a very respectiful company----honest and loyal to their customers. I need to mention the ÖutStanding service provided by their profession tehnican Clayton----absolutely the ""Best of the Best". Very profesisonal, polite and clean----proformed the service provided in an Öutsanding manner. I had a whole house generator installed by Beloman about a month ago. It got tested this weekend during a huge storm when Ameren Illinois reported over 1900 customers without power. But not me! My generator smoothly transitioned from no power to generator and then back to local power with no problems. And I had power for the whole 4 hours everyone else was without. Marvin was here to service the A/C. Once again he did things other companies have never done to make sure the A/C would work through the summer.
