Andy and Jacob removed our old furnance and air conditioner unit and installed a new one. They were both extremely efficient and thorough in their work. Jacob made sure we knew every aspect of the new system and went above and beyond. Andy did likewise. A great install. We are very pleased with their work and with Beloman ( Belleville Office). I've always had good experience with Belo. However, I have routine maintenance done on my A/C unit every year, and from what I have read online, companies should be placing something down the drain to keep it cleared out. I had maintenance mid-August, then had to pay for a service call mid-September because the A/C drain line was clogged. I've never been given advice to put anything down it, either. Seems to me, I shouldn't have had to pay for a svc call so soon after they were at my residence.

Thank you Beloman for hiring staff like Gage M.. Gage was at our home yesterday. He knew what he was doing and I immediately felt comfortable. I am a retired lineman for IBEW Local 309 and I know good workers. Gage knows his job. He is a perfect example for other young people to learn from and understand trades and unions are here for the good of America. Be proud of what you do. Keep our jobs in the United State of America. Called ahead to confirm appointment and let us know what time to expect technician , called to let us know he was heading our way. Technician arrived on time, performed the service in a timely manner and explained in detail what was done. This is our third time using them and I would highly recommend to anyone.

We were pleased with the response to our plea for help in getting our hot water heater pilot light to re-light. We expected the $60 trip charge but were astounded at the $55 repair charge for a 10-minute visit. The representative, Colby, was very nice as was the phone person who got him to our house. However, the eventual $98 charge (we got $17 off since we are on a contract with Beloman) seemed somewhat excessive for what was done. Colby relit the pilot light by pressing the right buttons and waiting for the pilot light to ignite the heater. I guess it boils down to knowing which buttons to press. But we were a bit disappointed in the charge.

Having an air conditioner break is never fun: it's a substantial unexpected expense and usually comes at a time where the need for cooling and humidity reduction is the greatest. Also, it's a substantial expense! That said, what should a person expect? If a repair job by a handyman is selected, then one gets what one pays for. If a person opts in favor of an established company selling quality products, the expectation it that a job should be done professionally and in a reasonable time-frame, and that the customer should feel good about both the hardware quality and workmanship. Describing the expectation is important because BELOMAN exceeded it in almost every regard. 1) They use Carrier systems, which was the brand of condenser I replaced. Not only are the new units much nicer (despite not being top-of-the-line or anything fancy), but the coil inside my house is MUCH nicer. The original home manufacturer used a generic coil on the inside, which is the only kind i'd ever seen, so the complete Carrier system was nicer than my expectations. 2) When they arrived to do the install, there were two complications: that the unit wouldn't fit on the house-bracket (so it needed the ground plate) and that the nice inside coil was a bit wider and needed custom transitions to fit properly. No problem for BELOMAN! They had the common base on-hand, and metal workers took measurements, coming back from their shop with perfectly sized adapters to complete the professional installation. 3) My home has two furnaces, so I was quoted two days to complete the installation (two A/Cs onto existing furnaces). Additionally, I was informed that the personnel could not complete the outdoor soldering and electrical work if there were thunderstorms. Knowing that storms were predicted for the second installation day, two extra people arrived in the morning to accelerate the installation! This all-hands-on-deck approach (including someone who I overheard mentioning that he could only help for an hour before he had to be at another appointment) was truly exceptional. I'm sure don't always have capacity to do that, but to know that they will when they can. 4) As my air conditioning was failing, I had researched many methods to try and keep my house cooler. This left me with several questions about how best to use the new system moving forward. They took ample time to answer them and look at various ducts about which I had questions. They did not, at any point, seem rushed or bothered by taking the time to help me. In addition, they provided thoughtful responses that made me appreciate their time and knowledge (and they still finished ahead of schedule)! 5) The person who came to the house also did a great job listening to my needs and designing a solution that would accommodate. 6) On top of all this, they were genuinely nice people. They were mindful of my dog when coming in and out of the house (petting him even), and even asked about the project I was working on in my garage. Together, all this made me feel that the whole team really was invested in me, my home, and of course my air conditioning. I don't know if there's anything else they could have done to make the experience more enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job, done right, the first time, by great professionals.

They were suppose to service my units because the regular service was delayed due to construction/remodel. I have a service contract. Guy showed up, didn't service anything. Cleaned one filter and sent a bill. I have three units all covered by the contract. I had to go out over Labor Day weekend to try to clean the units. You called non stop to come service. I was getting calls while I was talking to other divisions of your company. No one communicates to each other, its horrible. Then when my contractor Kent Scharf arranges service at a break in construction, you do nothing. A complete waste of time and why did I get a bill for work not properly performed under an existing service agreement? You need to get a Master Customer Service program to track service locations across divisions because you are portraying yourselves as bumbling idiots where no one knows what is going on. And all this inefficiency has to be costing the company a bloody fortune. Think Lean Six Sigma!!!!

From the after hours service technician, to the dispatch team, to the technician, 100% excellent customer service! They are the best company around, above all others! Honest, sincere, family oriented, they know and understand their customers! Within 14 hours, overnight (thankfully), with 100 heat index possible, they got us cooling down again, and for a very reasonable cost.Thank you!

Vall N was on time and able to replace the original main shut off in the basement with out having to replace any other pieces I was worried with it being 58 years old that it wasn't going to come apart. I just wanted to take a moment to let Beloman know how pleased we were with the service we received today for our a/c. Our unit went out during the night and when I called in the morning I was immediately connected to a woman who was friendly and helpful. I was happy to receive a short estimated range of time when the technician would arrive. I also really appreciated the head's up call when he was on the way and this phone interaction was very pleasant as well. I mainly took the time to send this note because of the service provided by your technician, Clayton. He was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional throughout the visit and I appreciated how he took the time to explain the situation and answer our questions. He did all this while being patient and extending friendliness to my young son who was VERY interested in the encounter. So thank you Belo and a special thank you to Clayton. We know who to turn to for our future needs.
