I have used the services of Bel-O for a number of years, ever since my previous provider went out of business. All the technicians have given consistently good service, whether for plumbing, or servicing my heating and cooling systems. I have been able to reach the office easily whenever I need service done. And the office manager calls to remind me when the twice yearly heating/cooling services are to be done, and again when the technician is on the way. Jim F. was the last service man to come to my house, to check and clean my air conditioning system. He was prompt, friendly and courteous, and did his work quickly and efficiently. I've been using Belo for my air conditioning and heating preventative services since 2002 and continue to be completely satisfied with their services. Always courteous, timely and obviously well versed in their specialty, I have had the same a/c and heater operating since the equipment was installed when the house was built back in 1994. And my current technician, Clayton assures me I still have years of service life left. I particularly appreciate the technicians taking the time to explain what they are doing and what to watch for during the year so that I can be prepared for most issues that might crop up. And the convenience of having my scheduled appointments already made before they even leave the house from the last visit takes the worry out of trying to schedule later. Their prices have gone up over the years as you might expect, but are still reasonable for the service and peace of mind they provide. I was very pleased with the Belo Service Technician and the work he did. I was very upset with the cost of the repair as set by Belo. I checked on the part that was needed for the repair and found I could purchase the part for between $45.00 and $65.00 depending on the supplier. Belo charged me over $300.00 for a part. When I spoke to the operations manager regarding the price he told me that price included installation and one year warranty on the price. The service tech was here for approximately an hour to install and check the part. If I include the the initial cost of the price (retail price), the time for the tech to drive to my home, the service time to install the part and warranty I still cannot see paying over $300.00 for the repair. I am serious thinking of dropping Belo for my heating/air condition service. 03/19/16 |

had help earlier with my 1974 furnace pilot light. my water heater, plumbing, HVAC are all thru Beloman. Absolutely excellent timely response competitive pricing NICE people good products. I own my home & I strongly recommend the maintenance program I pay a bit each moth and summer and winter furnace and AC service are scheduled and happen without my having to remember.
